DESCRIPTION

The wooden sandals, or in other material, are made up of a shaped bottom to receive the foot and an upper fixed to it.

The thick bottom is anatomically shaped to better adapt to the shape of the foot.

This type of shoe can only be used for short periods, as it is not very comfortable, due to the hardness of the wood or other materials on which the foot rests.

An attempt has been made to obviate this drawback by placing glued insoles, both on the upper side of the bottom and on the lower one, but they tend to detach easily and make the shoe aesthetically unacceptable.

The purpose of this utility model patent is to propose a sandal which has lowered areas on the (upper) insole and on the (lower) tread face, obtained by hollowing out the surface of the wood or other materials that make up the bottom, for a depth and a shape such as to be able to receive the respective insoles. .

The idea of a solution will be better understood by referring to the attached tables, where it is reported in an implementation given for indicative and non-binding purposes.

Table I in fig. 1, shows a bottom provided with a lowered area, in the part that affects the plan, while Table II in fig. 2 proposes a bottom with a lowered area in the entire extension of the foot, in both of these constructions the lowered area affects only the upper face.

Table III in fig. 3 proposes, on the other hand, a bottom with a lowered area on both the upper and lower faces.

With reference to the figures, the bottom, consisting of the shaped wooden board, or other suitable material (1), has the lowered areas (2) carved into the wood and such as to affect only the sole of the foot or the entire bottom, always leaving in in any case, around a frame (3) that is not touched by the processing that removes the material.

Arranged in this way, it is possible to insert insoles (4) and (5) inside said lowered areas, of such shape and height as to fit perfectly into them, resulting flush with the peripheral edge.

The insoles (4) will act as insoles, while those (5) as soles and will fit inside the lowered area (6), provided on the lower face of the sandal.

In this way, the insoles, having a special seat, will be more easily fixed and will be more durable when detached during use.

The shoe thus made will be aesthetically very valid since the insoles are completely hidden by the edge of wood or other material peripheral to the lowered area.

Formal and structural changes may be made to the solution idea within the scope of the same inventive concept that remains defined by the following claims.
