Il progetto ha come scopo un container di 20’ o 40’, autonomo, che ospiti al suo interno dei laboratori per rilevazioni e/o analisi bio-chimiche marine e/o ambientali, multifunzione facilmente collocabile e trasportabile, utilizzabile in ogni situazione, e nelle ubicazioni geografiche più disparate, per utilizzo ultrastagionale sia di tipo civile che militare. Il container dispone di tutti le predisposizioni e gli attacchi per i collegamenti elettrici sia autonomi che fissi, radio, telefonici, di rete lan, wireless, idraulici e gassosi del caso, ospitabili in un modulo a parte sia per scopi manutentivi che di sicurezza attiva e passiva, a secondo dell’utilizzo e della richiesta esistono varianti del container con impianto interno o ospitato in modulo a parte di condizionamento dell’aria, lo stesso dicasi per eventuali impianti di compressori e di refrigerazione. I Containers comuni sono realizzati su containers tradizionali realizzati in vetroresina e/o, acciaio e/o lega leggera, opportunamente modificati ed integrati, dotati di sistema autoscarrellabile con pistoni girevoli a comando elettro-idraulico. Attrezzati in vario modo a seconda del tipo di analisi da effettuarsi. Questi containers pur venendo allestiti, su richiesta, nelle varianti di cui al precedente punto, vengono progettati, costruiti, allestiti ed utilizzati in funzione sia della facilità di collocazione, sia della rapidità e facilità di trasporto, integrato in quello di tipo cargo ( su ruota, in mare, aereo, elicottero etc.), sia dell<’>economicità e dell'efficienza in quanto ogni container può essere acquistabile e/o. noleggiabile con e senza personale. Questa tipologia di container bypassa la concezione di portatile e quella di statico e , addirittura supera anche la stagionalità di impiego.
