14) Tool according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that it comprises means for controlling the speed of said oscillation.

15) Tool according to claim 14 characterized by the fact that said speed control means consist of at least one elastic element, of the type of a spring or the like, interposed between said base structure and said support surface and able to limit the speed of said oscillation.
