DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

Il Trovato si riferisce ad una macchina per apporre sigilli in forma di striscia di carta su bottiglie.-E’ nota la necessità di apporre sulle bottiglie contenenti determinati liquidi un sigillo costituito da una striscia di carta che viene applicata al tappo e a due porzioni affacciate del collo delle dette bottiglie.-Attualmente l’operazione viene compiuta da macchine che comprendono, sul modello delle macchine etichettatrici, una giostra che riceve le bottiglie da una stella d’entrata per convogliarle ad una stella d’uscita e che presenta una pluralità di stazioni di alloggiamento delle singole bottiglie, con piattello d’appoggio e martinetto premibottiglia.-E' poi presente un dispositivo atto a prelevare un sigillo per volta da un magazzino per cospargerlo di colla su una superficie e portarlo ad aderire parzialmente, e più precisamente in corrispondenza della porzione inferiore, al collo di una bottiglia, mentre la porzione superiore rimane incollata al martinetto The Founder refers to a machine for affixing seals in the form of a strip of paper on bottles. the neck of said bottles. - Currently the operation is performed by machines which include, on the model of labeling machines, a carousel which receives the bottles from an inlet star to convey them to an outlet star and which has a plurality of stations for housing the individual bottles, with a support plate and bottle-holding jack. of the lower portion, to the neck of a bottle, while the upper portion remains glued to the jack

I dispositivi sono tutti uguali, e descriveremo pertanto nei particolari solo quello indicato con 16.-Detto dispositivo comprende dunque il perno 17 associato girevole ai due supporti 18, 19 fissati al rotore della giostra contenuto nel carter 12, e su detto perno sono fissati un primo braccetto 20 che supporta all’estremità il gancio 21 affacciato al martinetto premibottiglia 6b della stazione, ed un secondo braccetto 22 con rotella d’estremità 23 sollecitato dalla molla 24 a mantenere sempre la detta rotella a contatto con la camma fissa 25 sagomata alle estremità 25a, 25b così da realizzare le condizioni funzionali che saranno descritte più oltre.-Si passa ora alla descrizione dei mezzi connessi alla stella d’uscita 7 atti a determinare il ripiegamento dei sigilli sul collo delle bottiglie, comprendenti le tre centraline operative identiche indicate rispettivamente con 26, 27, 28.-Ogni centralina comprende una coppia di tamponi concavi: un tampone fisso come 29 per la centralina 26, 30 per la centralina 27 e 31 per la centralina 28, atto a disporsi a contatto con il collo di una bottiglia abbracciandolo, ed un tampone mobile come 32 per la centralina 26, 33 per la centralina 27 e 34 per la centralina 28, dotato di ventosa come 35 per il tampone 32 connessa tramite un tubo flessibile come 35a per la detta ventosa 35 con una linea in depressione; detto tampone mobile è atto, come meglio si dirà nella descrizione del funzionamento, ad aderire alla porzione libera di sigillo ed è dotato di mezzi di azionamento che ora si descrivono con riferimento al tampone 33 della centralina 27.-Osservando la figura 3 si nota dunque la presenza della piattaforma 36 rotante con la stella d'uscita 7 sulla quale scorre, secondo modalità funzionali che saranno descritte più oltre, la slitta 37 grazie al fatto che il gambo 38 ad essa connesso è dotato di rotella 38a coniugata con la camma a canale 39 ricavata nella piastra fissa 39a.-Sulla slitta 37 è imperniata la bielletta 40 che aziona il settore dentato 41 ingranante con il pignone 42 calettato sul perno di supporto del tampone mobile 33.-La figura 2 relativa alla centralina 26 permette di osservare la conformazione del collegamento tra il perno azionato dal pignone ed il tampone mobile: in detta figura si nota infatti la presenza del blocchetto 32a che collega monoliticamente il perno 32b azionato dal pignone con il tampone 32.-Ritornando alla figura 3, si nota la presenza sulla piattaforma rotante 36 della luce 43 che è destinata ad essere collegata tramite il tubo flessibile 43a visibile solo nella figura 1 con la ventosa presente sul tampone 33, ed è aperta sul sottostante condotto 44 che si sviluppa per un opportuno arco di cerchio nell’ambito della piastra fissa 45 ed è in connessione, tramite tubazione non mostrata nelle figure con un depressore alloggiato nel basamento della macchina, pure non mostrato nelle figure.-Si descrive ora il funzionamento del trovato.-Quando una bottiglia perviene, ruotando alloggiata in una stazione della giostra, nella posizione occupata dalla bottiglia 5, essa riceve dal dispositivo 13 un sigillo che viene applicato al collo della stessa così come mostrato relativamente al sigillo 6a della bottiglia 6, ossia con una porzione sottostante incollata al collo ed una porzione sovrastante libera.-Subito scende, comandato dall’estremità 25a della camma 25, un gancio come 21 che blocca la porzione libera del sigillo comprimendone l'estremità contro il martinetto premibottiglia, e questa situazione permane per tutto il percorso della bottiglia fino alla posizione occupata dalla bottiglia 6: nelle figure 1 e 2 è appunto mostrata detta bottiglia 6 con il sigillo bloccato all'estremità superiore dal gancio 21, e da questa posizione seguiamo le vicende della bottiglia 6.-La bottiglia viene presa in carico dalla stella d'uscita 7, ed il gancio 21 si solleva comandato dall’estremità 25b della camma 25, così liberando la porzione superiore del sigillo che va ad aderire al tampone superiore 32 giunto puntuale all’incontro con la bottiglia ruotando assieme alla detta stella d’uscita, mentre il tampone fisso 29 si dispone contro il collo della bottiglia abbracciandolo; l’adesione del sigillo al tampone 32 è assicurata dal risucchio esercitato dalla ventosa 35 che da questo istante comincia ad essere in comunicazione con il condotto arcuato 44.-Inizia ora a muoversi, comandata dalla camma 39, la slitta della centralina operativa 26 omologa alla slitta 37 della centralina 27, e conseguentemente il tampone 32 inizia a ruotare, e ruoterà per circa 180° fino a portarsi nella posizione mostrata per il tampone 33 con conseguente ripiegamento del sigillo sul collo della bottiglia.-Quando la bottiglia perviene nella posizione occupata dalla bottiglia 8 l'apposizione del sigillo è terminata; da qui in avanti cessa il collegamento della ventosa del tampone con il condotto 44 che si interrompe, ed il tampone stesso viene indotto a ritornare nella posizione iniziale che sarà raggiunta quando la centralina si sarà portata nella posizione occupata dalla centralina 28, mentre la bottiglia sigillata si avvia all’uscita, come mostrato per la bottiglia 9.-Il trovato descritto è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti, tutte rientranti nell’ambito del concetto inventivo; inoltre tutti i particolari potranno essere sostituìti con altri elementi tecnicamente equivalenti.-Nella pratica realizzazione del trovato i materiali impiegati, nonché le forme e le dimensioni, potranno essere qualsiasi a seconda delle esigenze.
