DELL'INVENZIONE OF THE INVENTION
Descrizione dell'Invenzione industriale avente per titolo "Protezione antinfortunistica per giunti snodati di alberi di trasmissione" a Description of the industrial invention entitled "Accident prevention protection for articulated joints of transmission shafts" a
The invention object of the present invention belongs to the mechanical sector, with a prevalent commitment foreseen in agriculture, it realizes an integral protection of the articulated joints of the transmission shafts and it proposes to obtain, with respect to the current solutions, improvements to the accident prevention protection for the operator, '' access to the articulated joint and then to the drive shaft engagement / disengagement device with the PTO (power take-off) activating and activating it, to the grease nipple for the lubrication of the joint itself, and the simultaneous elimination of the possibility of rotation of the protection. The invention substantially consists of: a flexible ring nut with interlocking joints with a non-continuous inner ring for centering and supporting the transmission shaft protection tube comprising snap fastening teeth to the same tube with solutions substantially similar to those already in use for the same tube purpose but comprising at least one external projection, not continuous, suitable to constitute a stop for the positioning of the integral protection hood of the articulated joint, the hood which is centered on the aforementioned protection tube by means of a sleeve, which can constitute an integral part thereof, is manually sliding backwards with respect to the stop with the shaft stopped but is made integral with the same tube in the working position, that is when it is advanced against the stop provided on the ring nut as above. The cap on the other side, that is towards the pto, has internal dimensions greater than those of the articulated joint, and fits, is positioned axially, and locks with respect to rotation on a suitable collar that surrounds the pto. which is fixed to the vehicle or tool (or is an integral part of the same / s) so that the complete coverage and accident prevention protection of the transmission shaft assembly - joint / sriodato / s - attachment to the p.d.p. The hood, which can also be composite with elements of different stiffness joined together also indissolubly and preferably by thermo-gluing, is constituted in the central part by a bellows that is a suitably corrugated tube made of flexible material so as to ensure its adaptation to the corner, also variable during the work, that the axes of the shaft and of the p.d.p. may present. Currently, the safety guards used on the articulated and extendable transmission shafts are not complete as they provide at the end of the protection tube, near the centering ring of the tube, a plastic base funnel and a possible added bundle fitted on the base funnel. ; the assembly only partially protects the rotating joint (generally a cardan joint) and makes it difficult both to lubricate the joint and to engage / disengage the transmission shaft at the PTO, this being the clutch generally positioned by a transverse pawl controlled by a button that requires space for operator intervention. Furthermore, the rotation of the protection is currently prevented by a chain which hooks onto a fixed part of the vehicle. In practical use, the current solutions have drawbacks such as the difficulties and waste of time for the imitation / disengagement of the shaft and the lubrication of the joints and the frequent breakage of the anti-rotation chain or its anchorage which results in a reduction of the accident prevention protection as tube and funnel rotate together with the shaft by friction of the ring nut. The proposed invention eliminates all these drawbacks and this in the face of production costs substantially comparable to current solutions. The positioning devices of the protection hood can be provided at both ends or only from a hiatus (i.e. on the collar of the vehicle or on the transmission shaft protection tube) while in any case all the components must be integral with respect to the possibility to rotate while working. The protection cap, instead of engaging in the working position on the ring nut, can also be positioned and fixed directly on the shaft protection tube with another solution that is also known per se; for example, a suitably shaped cuff spring can be used which penetrates into suitable slits made both on the collar or sleeve of the cap and on the tube and makes them correspond after manual reciprocal positioning of the tube or cap. The other end of the protection cap, the one that fits on the collar that surrounds the p.d.p., will be shaped in relation to the specific solution adopted for its positioning and fixing which can be realized with different solutions also known per se: by way of example, it can use an external spring similar to the aforesaid one, albeit of different dimensions which fits into suitable slots obtained both on the edge of the cap and on the collar applied to the vehicle; or appropriate projections are provided on the collar in which, by means of an advance and a small rotation of the cuff performed manually, appropriate shapes obtained in the terminal band of the cuff shaped like an L, or rather an overturned T to oppose the rotation is right-handed (p.d.p. side). actuating) and left-hand side (actuated p.d.p. side). In order to better illustrate what has been described above, two tables are attached with figures 1 and 2 on the first and from 3 to 7 on the second. Figure 1 shows a cross-section of the finder in the working position: you can see the transmission shaft protection tube 1 6, the centering and support ring nut 2 with the abutment edge 10 for the protection tube and the hood. mobile 3 for protection of the articulated joint fitted on the collar 4 that surrounds the pto of the means: Figure 2 represents the invention in the tooling-maintenance position with the protection cap 3 'set back; you can see: the sleeve b which is part of the cap and can slide on the tube, the cardan joint 7, made widely accessible and the anchor collar 4 ', fixed on the vehicle and surrounding the pto, with the couplings 16 to secure the cap protection 3 '. Figure 3 shows the detail of the ring nut 2 for centering and supporting the protection tube 1 which in turn is provided with suitable slots such as 8 in which the flexible teeth 9 of the ring nut engage, which snap into the aforementioned slots and which together with the edge 10 they position it; it can be seen on the edge 10 of the ring nut the teeth 11 adapted to make it integral with the protection cap in the working position. Figures 1 and 2 also show the aforementioned protection hood 3, 3 'composed of a body 12 made of rigid material, comprising the sleeve sliding on the protection tube, and the internal toothing 13 which, when in the working position, engages in the aforementioned teeth 11 of the ring nut making the two parts integral. The central part consisting of a bellows or corrugated or flexible tube 14 which wraps and protects the entire articulated joint and the pto is fixed on said body 12 of the cap, also by means of thermo-gluing; it ends with a band which, in turn opportunely shaped, engages by means of grafts as 15, in the wing-like projections 16 obtained on the collar fixed around the p.d.p. of the motor or motorized vehicle. The cavities 15 of the cuff are shaped like an inverted T to ensure anchoring on the collar both towards the p.d.p. motor than towards the towed one. The fact of making the cap in several plastic parts allows to provide inside the bellows or corrugated tube, on the shaft side, and / or also on the PTO side, a protruding bundle similar to 17 which, preventing excessive deformation of the bellows in the case of strong transmission angles, eliminates the risk of interference with the rotating elements of the elastic coupling. Obviously what has been illustrated and described does not limit the solutions that can be adopted, for example the toothing 11 provided on the hood and therefore the tooth 13 provided on the body 12 of the protection hood could be replaced by holes and buttons, or with axially arranged grooves obtained on the inside of the sleeve of the cap and correspondingly on part of the tube, as well as the anchors of the protection cap can be made as shown on both sides (tube and collar) in a similar way although with different dimensions: for example by a suitably shaped spring such as 18 of figure 4, which concerns the pipe side, with symmetrical profiles to prevent rotation in both directions, which enter the slots
Corrispondentemente la ghiera dì sostegno e centraggio del tubo può compredere o meno le dentellature o scanalature che l'impegnano con la cuffia di protezione a seconda delia soluzione specifica adottata: il collare che contorna la p.d.p. suitably made both in the collar of the cap as 19 and in the protective tube as 20 of figure 5; this solution also realizes an axial positioning of the protection hood. Correspondingly, the pipe support and centering ring nut may or may not include the indentations or grooves that engage it with the protection cap depending on the specific solution adopted: the collar that surrounds the pto.
Tratteggiale sono rappresentate le medesime mosse 25' nella posizione 29 die raggiunge quando l’albero di trasmissione ruota: in questa posizione i bordi esterni delle masse descrivono uria circonferenza di diametro maggiore di quella de! risalto interno 23 della cuffia. it can be reofed with a continuous or discontinuous cylindrical beam in this second case with the possibility of obtaining, even on a single piece, the insertion and anchoring of headphones of two different sizes as seen in 21 and 22 of figure 6; in fact it must be taken into account that, while currently for different shaft sizes there are different protective tubes and funnels, with the proposed solution at least the dimensions of the protective caps on the p.d.p. side they must be unified (eg on one or two diameters) as the collar is to be considered fixed. That is to say that variants such as these and others not mentioned here, do not allow to avoid the invention described and illustrated here, which essentially consists of an axially movable integral hood which provides complete protection of the articulated joints of transmission shafts, even extendable and decomposable in how much it extends from the shaft protection tube or transmission half-shaft to a collar that surrounds the PTO. of the vehicle or tool. A further improvement in safety is achieved by making it impossible to extract the cap when the transmission shaft is rotating: this is provided with the device shown in fig. 7 which consists of a collar placed on the middle of the joint on the p.d.p. side. which are pivoted by eccentric masses or suitably shaped connecting rods held in the rest position by one or more elastic elements but which, in the rotation of the shaft by centrifugal force, lead outwards up to a predetermined position and such as to interfere in case of retraction with an internal projection obtained in the cap which therefore cannot be moved backwards. In figure 1 you can see the internal projection 23 on the bonnet and in figures 2 and 7 we can distinguish the collar 24 and 24 'mounted on the hub 7 and 7 of the cardan fork on the pto side. with the masses such as 25 and 25 'pivoted in 26 and 26' on said collar. and held adherent to the hub in the rest position by the spring 27 which connects the elements as 28 obtained on the masses provided herein in number of three. The same moves 25 'are represented in dashed lines in position 29 which reaches when the transmission shaft rotates: in this position the outer edges of the masses describe a circumference with a diameter greater than that of! internal boss 23 of the bonnet.
