Description
DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Descrizione dell'invenzione industriale avente per titolo "Insieme di braccio portattrezzi multifunzionale e componibile con altri elementi atta ad eseguire operazioni lateralmente ad un mezzo semovente" Description of the industrial invention entitled "Assembly of multifunctional and modular tool holder arm with other elements suitable for performing operations laterally to a self-propelled vehicle"
The little man of the present invention belongs to the agrimechanical sector and is substantially constituted by an extensible arm inserted in a fixed sheath placed transversely to the direction of travel and mounted on the lifting of the tractor or other self-propelled vehicle and is preferably of the linear type and applied to the front. . The arm is designed to carry mobile crews and tools to perform sideways operations on the ground or in space; at one end it is equipped with a terminal head, integral or applied, able to directly carry tools such as hoes, small plows or disks for working near the tree rows, or to carry tools, including motorized tools such as drills and hedge trimmers and screws, that is, it is able to carry a rotating unit at a suitable angle around a shaft inserted in the head, for example a bracket, which in turn is able to carry tools or tools, even motorized and orientable, such as for example a horizontal rotating disc shredder equipped of knives, able to operate in the inter-row of an arboretum and to disengage from obstacles it encounters, or to bring a second mobile crew, fixed or rotatable at an appropriate angle by rotating around an axis orthogonal to that of the first crew, able to carry in turn, tools or implements, including motorized ones, that require both movements, such as sprayers or impoiveratori also multiple and orientable for the defense of arboreal plants, or an inter-row hoe with vertical disengagement (erected) from the row of plants. with the addition of special swivel and tooling brackets, rotations according to two axes orthogonal to each other and also orthogonal to the axis of the extensible arm. It is also possible to make a downward inclination of the extensible arm and of the entire crew in order to allow work in ditches of a certain depth lateral to the road; the inclination of the arm can be easily obtained by hinging the fixed sleeve on one side in an opposite point of the lift and making it rotate by a certain angle by means of a vertical hydraulic jack placed on the other side, anchored to the lift and to the controlled arm itself by the operator. Furthermore, by applying the invention to a linear type lift (forklift) itself also known, always arranged preferably in front of the tractor, in addition to performing cultivation operations on the ground, it is possible to intervene in space even at high heights, for example to perform interventions on tree plants. . There are currently individual attachments capable of carrying out operations on the side of the tractors on the ground such as bar mowers, hoeing machines, hoeing machines and inter-row disks, pruners and others, but each one foresees different attachments to the tractor, positioning and drives which entails high costs for each. tool as each must be complete in all its components and each requires high assembly or / disassembly times. Accordingly, the present invention provides, for a certain category of tractors, an extendable arm common to all the equipment and easy modularity according to the needs with swiveling brackets that can be operated by means of hydraulic jacks controlled directly by the operator or automatically controlled by obstacle sensors. ; all this allows cost reductions, the possibility for the user to allocate investments over time according to the needs of the company, unification of the controls and the auxiliary hydraulic circuit, reduction of the assembly and disassembly times of the arms and equipment. It is also envisaged that the various components are positioned by means of hydraulic jacks known per se and by preferably using the same hydraulic pump as the tractor, generally of limited capacity. and part of the existing hydraulic circuit in order to allow good precision

braccio, come per orientare forbici potatrici, la testa 4 assume una forma diversa da quanto sopradetto e contiene arm, as for orienting pruning scissors, the head 4 assumes a different shape from that described above and contains
Le successive tavole 2 e 3 illustrano in maniera semplificata nelle figure d. substantially parallel to that of the extendable arm; said extension can rotate by a certain angle to orient the tool under the action of a transversal jack which engages between two arms: one integral with the head, the other with the extension. It should be noted that, in this case at least, the head and the adjustable extension are tubular to allow the passage inside pipes and / or drives. commanded by the operator; the rotation in the horizontal plane of the bracket according to the tools is free but conditioned by a return spring, or controlled by an obstacle sensor; the rotation in the vertical plane can be controlled by a sensor (eg inter-row hoe) or by the operator, especially for the orientation movements of the tool (hedgerowing machine, shredder for slopes and road edges). Moving the control from operator to sensor can be accomplished quickly by connecting the control circuit flexible hoses to the hydraulic obstacle sensor instead of the normal distributor and vice versa. Since it is a multifunctional and modular invention, in order to understand it it is essential to refer to the attached table 1 which identifies: various compositions envisaged, the rotation axes (V = vertical, 0 = horizontal) and the alternatives for the controls. Naturally, the various solutions also differ in terms of cost and it is advisable to thoroughly investigate the functional needs of each equipment to avoid wasting distributions, pipes and so on. The following tables 2 and 3 illustrate in a simplified way in figures d.
In figures 1, 2 and 3 of TAV. 2 shows a tractor 1 with a two-stage linear front lifter 2, per se known, on which a fixed sleeve made of light square tube 3 is solidly mounted, characterized by having the ends reinforced by hoops such as 5 inside which they are arranged of suitable sliding pads such as 6 made of material with a low coefficient of friction, even if not all of the same material (it should be noted that the two most loaded pads are the lower one towards the tool and the upper one on the opposite side), among which the extensible arm 4 and 4 'slides, also made of light square tube, which carries a perforated disk integral with the end, suitable for anchoring, by means of through bolts such as 11, a head 14 and 14'. The extension / retraction of the arm 4 takes place by the action of a double-acting hydraulic jack (DE) such as 7, anchored at one end 8 to the fixed sleeve and at the end 9 to the extensible arm. The head 14 comprises a housing 12 and 12 ', with an axis substantially normal to that of the extensible arm 4 already seen, in which the shaft of the fork-shaped bracket (or first movable assembly) 15 can be inserted, supported by the nut 13 placed on a flat washer. The shaft of the swivel bracket 15 preferably rotates on bushings or ball bearings placed in the housing 12. To define the working position of the swivel bracket, a reference pin 20 and 20 'is provided which is inserted in the most suitable hole 21, while to maintain the position and to resume it after a collision with an obstacle which has caused the bracket 15 to rotate and to move the tool it carries back, such as the flail disc 22, it is possible to use a sprral spring which works in traction 19 and engages at one end on the peg 16 and 16 'fixed to the bracket, at the other on the peg 18 fixed to the head and is guided by the shaped screen 17. It should be noted that the maximum retraction of the tool occurs for an angle of 90 ° with respect to the axis of the extensible arm and is equal to the distance between the axis of the fork bracket and the end of the tool while the maximum retraction depends on the angle, even greater than 90 °, that the mobile unit forms with the axis of the arms or extensible and to the shape of the tool. The shape of the tool together with the advancement and the shape of the obstacle also determine its contouring. It should be noted that on the extensible arm 4 they can be applied directly by means of bolts such as 11 and 11 '; or through the head with the hole 12, 12 'pin holder and / or other holes 23, 23', tools and implements such as plows or disks to work near rows or even on the rows themselves when an obstacle sensor and a circuit are provided hydraulic adapted to make the movable arm 4 retract and possibly also to raise it by the necessary space. On the rear side of the revolving fork bracket, the pins 24 and orthogonal to each other are visible: the first with the anchoring function for a hydraulic jack with OD as 26 in fig. 3 which provides, upon command of a distributor operated by the operator or alternatively by an obstacle sensor, to rotate the bracket and then move the tool back and then reposition it in place of the aforementioned spring 19; the second with the function of anchoring a DE hydraulic jack which rotates the second bracket or cradle in the foreseen cases and as illustrated in the following figure 4- In said figures 1, 2 and 3 the second tool holder bracket shaped like a cradle, connected to the sides of the first fork, by means of the pins and bolts 28 and 29 which fit into the appropriate threaded holes such as 31 and 32 made in the sides of the cradle allowing at least two orthogonal positions. It should be noted that the axis passing through the holes 31 and the bolts 28 is orthogonal both to that of the shaft of the first bracket and to that of the extensible arm. Evidently the threaded holes placed on the sides of the fork and the smooth ones placed on the sides of the cradle can be inverted without departing from the invention. Figures 2 and 3 show the cradle bracket fixed in two positions orthogonal to each other; in both you can see the hole 33 and 33 'for the passage of the hydraulic motor - tool connection and the holes like 34 and 34' for fixing the rotating tool and the hydraulic motor. In table Fig. 4 shows a head 14 '' complete with the first fork bracket 15 "of the second cradle bracket 27 '', the first rotatable around the vertical axis 12 'by the action of the DE hydraulic jack 26 which it is controlled by a hydraulic distributor by the operator or by an obstacle sensor, the second rotating around a horizontal axis passing through the pins-bolts 28 'and 28' * for the action of a hydraulic jack controlled by the operator or by an obstacle sensor according to the functional requirements of the tool being applied. Figure 5 illustrates an extensible transverse arm with the fixed sleeve 3 ', the movable arm 4' ', the head, the fork bracket 15' rotating around the pin 12 '' which supports a cradle equipped with a rotating mower disc 22 'equipped with peripheral knives such as 39 with per se known solutions, protected by the fixed half-ring 40, while the mustache obstacle sensor 41 controls the hydraulic distributor 42 which simultaneously or sequentially feeds both a DE hydraulic jack as already seen 26 which rotates the first bracket, and the DE hydraulic jack 38 which retracts the mobile arm for a maximum stroke A thus obtaining greater lateral clearance and, from the composition of the movements, a better contouring of the obstacle; in this case the kinematics of the re-entry is substantially determined by the position and shape of the mustache sensor and by the sequence of the rotation / retraction and rotation / exit actuation as well as by the shape of the obstacle and by the

All'estremità del braccio possono venire anche applicati dispositivi atti ad afferrare oggetti come i fusti degli alberi, costituiti essenzialmente da un coppia di ganasce azionate da martinetto/i idraulico/l o pneumatici allo scopo di sostenerli durante operazioni come la messa a dimora, oppure a realizzare un posizionamento certo e definitivo rispetto al tronco per attrezzi che intervengono sul suo contorno come ad esempio una potatrice a lame od a catena. r of the operator by activating the hydraulic jack DE indicated with 37 by means of a distributor or electrodistributor, which in the figure has the same axis as the 38: they are integral with one end. Figure 6 shows a front view of a tractor equipped with a front front lift to which a movable arm 43 is applied as already illustrated, equipped with an auger 44, and a second movable arm 45 which extends from the opposite side to the previous one and leads to the a weight 46 having the function of balancing the moment determined by the cantilevered load of the auger 44. It should be noted that the counterweight is not necessarily connected to the tooling with the auger: it can be useful in the case of very long extensible arms equipped with Heavy motorized tools such as brush cutters or trench mowers. Furthermore, it should be noted that counterweighting can be carried out in a simpler way, even if imprecise, by operating with a fixed arm and variable weight: for example, by providing instead of the fixed counterweight 46 a container equipped with loading and unloading openings into which a quantity is introduced. sufficient water or sand to provide a medium counterweight to prevent the tractor from overturning. Figure 7 instead shows the application on the extensible arm as 4 '' 'of a tubular head 47 in which a tubular extension 48 is inserted which carries at the end tools or tools that require an orientation such as the hydraulic pruning shears 49, not described or claimed herein; the orientation is obtained by means of a DE hydraulic jack such as 50 which engages on one side to an arm such as 51 made integral with the extensible arm 4'1 'and the head 47, on the other side with an arm 52 integral with the tubular extension 48; in this one the inputs / outputs for operating the hydraulic shear 48 are highlighted with 53. Obviously other tools such as circular or chain saws can be provided in place of the shear 49. It should be noted that to increase the extensibility of the arm 4 as in figure 1 it is possible to resort to a telescopic extensible arm and likewise to a hydraulic jack such as 7 telescopic or to other solutions already known per se. It should also be noted that the figures do not show the hydraulic pipes or the entire hydraulic part such as pumps, motors, distributors or electrodistributors of the hydraulic fluid and other accessories; the same applies to electric or pneumatic replacement controls and / or drives which are known and specific per se but not useful for understanding the invention. Table 1 of the compositions, the figures and the text demonstrate the modularity and the multiple uses offered by the invention as well as the fact that, depending on the uses, a minimum number of distributors and conduits of the control and actuation oil is required, with a maximum for the circuit powered by the hydraulic pump of the engine quantifiable for the composition plus / retraction of the arm, 3) orientation of the second bracket (cradle) or alternatively the swing of the forklift, and again distributor connected to an obstacle sensor to achieve, for example the rotation of the fork and / or the partial retraction of the arm, or alternatively to achieve the erection of the cradle; a fourth distributor in specific positions for the operation of trimmers, pruners and spoilers. For the operation of motorized implements that absorb a certain power and therefore a certain capacity such as mulchers and hoes, an auxiliary circuit is to be provided including an hydraulic pump applicable to the tractor's PTO and at least one distributor at specific positions, tank and oil filter, oil pipes of suitable section with connections and interception devices and possible heat exchanger with electric fan for oil cooling. In the event that the forklift (linear lifter) is already equipped with a jack for lateral translation equipped with a stroke sufficient to make the extensibility of the arm unnecessary, the characteristics of multifunctionality and modularity ensured by: swiveling head, brackets, fixtures and movements that constitute the essence of the invention. As already said, the solutions described above and illustrated in the attached tables are to be understood by way of non-limiting example of the invention in question and with the omission of details known per se or not essential for understanding the product. The conformation of the movable assemblies (fork and cradle brackets) can vary without affecting the validity of the invention, just as the threaded and smooth holes on the movable assemblies can be inverted or other non-substantial modifications introduced. To those skilled in the art, in particular in agrimechanics and hydraulics, it will then be clear that the above reveals the essence of the invention and that the teachings reported here, in addition to allowing its realization, can be used for different solutions and applications without however leaving from the scope of the invention: for example different tools and implements, including motorized ones and not previously mentioned such as green pruning bars for hedges and vines, support for lateral drainers, support for catenaries equipped to carry out excavations with a required section, even static support for lifting-transfer means such as augers, and others, can be applied directly to the extensible arm or to its component parts. Devices suitable for gripping objects such as tree trunks can also be applied to the end of the arm, essentially consisting of a pair of jaws operated by a hydraulic or pneumatic jack (s) in order to support them during operations such as planting, or to achieve a certain and definitive positioning with respect to the trunk for tools that intervene on its contour such as a blade or chain pruner.
