3) Device according to claim 2, characterized in that said gear (40) comprises a first toothed wheel (41) which is provided to engage in the axis (10a) and which must transmit the rotation to a first pair of toothed wheels ( 42) symmetrically arranged and allocated to each other on opposite sides with respect to the toothed wheel (41).
