Goggles comprising: a) a rigid, unitary front frame having a pair of right and left eye openings and a jumper area therebetween, said left and right eye openings each having an internal circular groove, said front frame having a upper edge, a lower edge and a pair of opposite lateral edges, which all define an external perimeter of said front mount; b) a pair of right and left lenses each having an outer perimeter, said right and left lenses each being substantially of the same shape as said right and left eye openings in said front frame; c) a pair of right and left eye cup inserts each having a front wall portion defining a lens aperture, each of said lens apertures having opposite inner and outer surfaces with first and second grooves formed in said inner and outer surfaces thereof respectively, said second groove forming a flange on said outer surfaces, said cup inserts for the right and left eyes each further comprising a second wall portion extending backwards from said first portions of wall of them, e d) a resilient, face engaging material secured to said second wall portions of said eye cup inserts; wherein said outer perimeters of said right and left lenses are fixed within said first groove of said cup inserts for the right and left eyes respectively, and wherein said cup inserts for the right and left eyes together with said right and left lenses are secured within said eye openings of said front mount with said flange of said outer surface of each of said eye cups inserted and secured within said inner circumferential grooves of said eye openings of said front mount, respectively.

2. Goggles according to claim 1, further comprising a third wall portion which extends integrally from said second wall portion.

3. Goggles according to claim 2, wherein said third wall portion extends radially beyond said first wall portion of said eye cup insert, respectively.

4. Goggles according to claim 3, wherein said first wall portion is semi-rigid and said third wall portion is flexible.

5. Goggles according to claim 4, wherein each of said eye cup inserts is formed as a single molded unit.

6. Goggles according to claim 2, wherein said second wall portion of each of said eye cup inserts comprises a plurality of ventilation passages formed therein.

7. A goggle according to claim 6, wherein said ventilation passages further extend within said third wall portion of each of said eye cup inserts.

8. Goggles according to claim 2, wherein said third wall portions of said cup inserts for the right and left eyes are absent adjacent to said bridge area of said front mount.

A goggle according to claim 1, wherein said front mount bridge area defines a recessed nasal rim and further comprises a nosepad removably fixed to said recessed nasal rim.

10. Goggles according to claim 9, wherein said nose piece comprises front and rear wall portions, said front wall portion being substantially rigid and said rear wall portion being flexible, said rear wall portion further comprising a pair of wing portions nosepieces each comprising a plurality of spaced parallel cuts formed therein.

11. Goggles according to claim 1, wherein said opposite side edges of said front mount each comprise an elongated opening formed therein.

12. Goggles according to claim 11, further comprising a head engagement strap secured to said front mount through said elongated openings.
