La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una scatola avente un beccuccio ribaltabile per l'erogazione di materiali sfusi in grani, in polvere. The present invention relates to a box having a tilting spout for dispensing loose materials in grains, in powder form.

E' noto che molti materiali sfusi in grani, in polvere o liquidi, quali detersivi, zucchero, riso, latte, succhi di frutta e simili, sono racchiusi in scatole realizzate in cartoncino, eventualmente plastificato, od in altro materiale flessibile, dalle quali il materiale può essere erogato all'esterno tagliando ed asportando un angolo delle scatole, oppure praticando un foro in una zona a rottura prestabilita della scatola, oppure ancora ribaltando verso l'esterno un beccuccio mobile tra due posizioni cioè una posizione di chiusura in cui il beccuccio impedisce la fuoriuscita del materiale al di fuori della scatola ed una posizione in cui il beccuccio è ribaltato verso l'esterno lasciando libera una apertura attraverso la quale il materiale può essere erogato all'esterno. Quest'ultima è la realizzazione più sofisticata tra richiudere la scatola quante volte si vuole dopo ogni erogazione. I suddetti ed altri scopi ancora vengono conseguiti con una scatola con beccuccio ribaltabile per l'erogazione di materiali sfusi, delimitata da pareti laterali, da una chiusura di fondo e da una chiusura di sommità ed avente una apertura ricavata in una di dette pareti laterali ed in corrispondenza della quale è posizionato detto beccuccio che è ruotabile tra una porzione di erogazione dei materiali sfusi, caratterizzata dal fatto di essere realizzata in un solo pezzo di cartoncino od altro materiale flessibile fustellato, che detta apertura è definita da una porzione di cartoncino delimitata da tagli ma unita e collegata lungo una linea di piegatura alla restante parte del cartoncino facente parte della stessa parete laterale della scatola, che da tale parete laterale della scatola sporge un aletta allungata ripiegata ed estendentesi all'interno della scatola, e la cui porzione di estremità è fissata sulla faccia interna della porzione di cartoncino, e che dai due lati di detta porzione di estremità della aletta allungata sporgono delle bandelle sagomate, anch'esse ripiegate all'interno della scatola costituenti detto beccuccio assieme alla porzione di cartoncino con sopra incollata la porzione di estremità della aletta allungata, le bandelle essendo sagomate in modo da limitare il ribaltamento verso l'esterno del beccuccio per interferenza col bordo libero di detta apertura. Si faccia anzitutto riferimento alla Figura 1 in cui si vede in pianta un pezzo di cartoncino fustellato comprendente quattro pannelli principali 1, 2, 3, 4 ed un lembo di chiusura 5, separati l’uno dall'altro da linee di piegatura 6, 7, 8, 9 tra di loro parallele. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Box with tilting spout for dispensing loose materials, delimited by side walls, a bottom closure and a top closure and having an opening made in one of said side walls and in correspondence with which said spout is positioned which can be rotated between a closing portion of the opening and a position for dispensing loose materials, characterized in that it is made of a single piece of cardboard or other flexible die-cut material, which said opening is defined by a portion of cardboard delimited by cuts but joined and connected along a fold line to the remaining part of the cardboard forming part of the same side wall of the box, which from this side wall of the box protrudes an elongated flap folded and extending inside the box and whose end portion is fixed on the inner face of the cardboard portion, and that from the two sides of said end portion à of the elongated flap protrude shaped strips, also folded inside the box, constituting said spout together with the portion of cardboard with the end portion of the elongated flap glued on top, the straps being shaped so as to limit the overturning towards the outside of the spout by interference with the free edge of said opening.

2. Box with folding spout according to claim 1, characterized in that said elongated flap protrudes from that end of the side wall of the box which is adjacent to the folding line around which the spout can be swiveled, said flap being partially folded back on itself .

3. Box with tiltable spout according to claim 1, characterized in that said elongated flap protrudes from that end of the side wall of the box which, with respect to said opening, is opposite to the folding line around which the spout can be overturned, said flap being folded inside the box and having at least one hole made in it for the passage of loose materials.

4) Piece of cardboard or similar flexible punched material for the realization of a box with a tip-up spout according to claim 1, characterized by the fact of comprising at least three main panels and of the fins protruding from the ends of the main panels to form the bottom and bottom closures top of the box, characterized in that in one of said main panels there are cuts that delimit a portion of the panel which is joined and connected to the remaining part of the panel along a fold line, which from the same main panel protrudes a divided elongated flap in at least four portions of flap by fold lines parallel to each other, and whose end portion is substantially equal to that of the portion of the main panel delimited by said cuts and said fold line, and which on each side of said portion of the ends of the elongated fin protrude shaped strips se pared from the same end portion of the flap by respective fold lines extending along the length of the flap itself.
