La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una fibbia a sgancio rapido per caschi sia integrali che aperti di motociclisti, ciclisti e per impieghi analoghi, particolarmente ma non esclusivamente adatta per il posizionamento a metà del cinturino o nastro sotto gola. Questi ed altri scopi ancora, che più chiaramente potranno essere evidenziati in seguito, vengono vantaggiosamente raggiunti da una fibbia a sgancio rapido particolarmente adatta per posizionamenti a metà di un cinturino sottogola di caschi per motociclisti, ciclisti e simili e per altri impieghi, del tipo che comprende un corpo scatolare di contenimento, una piastra metallica con bordi longitudinali piegati ad "U" e provvista ad una estremità, di un occhiello dì aggancio ad un tratto di cinturino solidale al bordo del casco, una baionetta provvista, ad una estremità, di un occhiello di aggancio all'altro tratto di cinturino e, all'estremità opposta, di una asola atta ad impegnarsi su un risalto fisso emergente da detta piastra metallica, nonché un pulsante, contrapposto a molle di richiamo, emergente da detto corpo scatolare per l'azionamento di mezzi atti a consentire lo sgancio della baionetta da detto risalto, detta fibbia a sgancio rapido essendo costituita, secondo il presente trovato, da una piastra metallica con occhiello di aggancio fisso al cinturino e con bordi longitudinali piegati verso l'interno sostanzialmente a "C", onde costituire due guide di scorrimento e trattenimento per un pulsante di sgancio contrapposto ad almeno una molla di richiamo, detta piastra metallica essendo racchiusa tra un corpo scatolare appiattito superiore e aperto ad una estremità ed un coperchio di chiusura inferiore, essendo inoltre previsto su detta piastra metallica un risalto o protuberanza disposta in posizione ravvicinata alla estremità portante l'occhiello fisso e sagomata in modo da presentare una forma arcuata sostanzialmente semicilindrica o semisferica, atta a consentire all'asola di aggancio di una baionetta piatta, opportunamente allungata e introdotta tra piastra e base del pulsante, di spostare il pulsante stesso caricando la molla e poi inserirsi nel risalto, il bloccaggio stabile del bordo inferiore dell'asola contro la linea di attacco del risalto alla piastra essendo assicurato dal ritorno automatico del pulsante fino sopra e oltre il risalto stesso, lo sbloccaggio della linguetta essendo ottenuto mediante semplice arrestamento di detto pulsante. Detta piastra presenta due opposte ali 1b piegate verso l'alto e poi piegate verso l'interno in modo da creare due alette 1c parallele alla piastra di base 1; dette alette 1c sono destinate a costituire due piani o guide di scorrimento per un pulsante di comando, come meglio sarà chiarito in seguito. CLAIMS 1. Quick release buckle for straps or straps of full or open helmets of motorcyclists, cyclists and the like, particularly for use in the middle of chin straps and the like, of the type which comprises a box-like containment body, a metal plate with longitudinal edges folded into a "U" and provided, at one end, with an eyelet for hooking to a section of strap integral with the edge of the helmet, a bayonet fitted, at one end, with a hooking eyelet to the other portion of the strap and , at the opposite end, of a slot suitable for engaging on a fixed projection emerging from said plate, as well as a button, opposed to return springs emerging from said box-like body for the actuation of means suitable for allowing the release of the bayonet from said projection, characterized by the fact that it consists of a metal plate with a fixed attachment eyelet to the strap and with longitudinal edges bent inwards substantially in a "C" shape, in order to set up two sliding and holding guides for a release button opposed to at least one return spring, said metal plate being enclosed between an upper flattened box-like body open at one end and a lower closing cover, being also provided on said metal plate a projection or protuberance arranged in a close position to the end carrying the fixed and shaped eyelet so as to have a substantially semi-cylindrical or hemispherical arched shape, suitable for allowing the eyelet to hook a flat bayonet, suitably elongated and inserted between the plate and base of the button, to move the button itself by loading the spring and then to insert itself into the boss, the stable locking of the lower edge of the eyelet against the line of attachment of the boss to the plate being ensured by the automatic return of the button up above and beyond the boss itself, the release of the tab being obtained medium simple retraction of said button.

Buckle according to claims 1, 2 and 3, characterized in that said button is provided on its two longitudinal sides with portions of protruding tabs of the body of the button designed to define together with two underlying rectilinear protrusions, emerging from the body of the button, two parallel "U" -shaped guides designed to accommodate the upper horizontal edge of said wings emerging from the metal plate inside them and thus allow the button to slide in both directions without vertical and lateral skidding or excessive friction between the parts in contact.

Buckle according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said return spring of the button is inserted with one end into a hole obtained centrally in the body of the button and, with the opposite end within a projection correspondingly obtained in the internal part rear of said upper box-like body.

Buckle according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper box-like body is open at the front to facilitate the actuation of the button and is provided at the ends of said opening of two lugs projecting downwards, suitable for constituting means stop for said button in the release position.
