Il presente trovato concerne un contenitore a cassetta per prodotti ortofrutticoli, realizzato a partire da un foglio fustellato in cartone ondulato o altro materiale analogo. I contenitori a cassetta in cartone sono ormai ampiamente utilizzati per l'imballaggio ed il trasporto di prodotti ortofrutticoli, in sostituzione delle tradizionali cassette di legno. Questi contenitori hanno infatti costi particolarmente ridotti ed occupano poco spazio, considerando che il fustellato può essere piegato per realizzare la cassetta solo nel momento del suo utilizzo. Uno dei problemi inerenti all'utilizzo di cassette in cartone è dato dal fatto che, quando esse sono impilate l'una sull'altra, le cassette più caricate si deformano specialmente in-corrispondenza degli angoli. Il fustellato 1 presenta una pluralità di linee di piegatura o cordonatura, indicate con tratto continuo, e di linee di taglio, indicate con linee tratteggiate. Le linee di piegatura definiscono una base 2, una coppia di fianchi longitudinali 5 e 6, ed una coppia di fianchi trasversali 9 e 10. I fianchi trasversali 9 e 10 sono dotati di bande sagomate esterne 3 e 4 e sono provvisti, su ogni lato, di patelle pieghevoli 15, 16, 17 e 18. Le patelle 15 e 16 delimitano zone 11 e 12 sul fianco 9, mentre le patelle 17 e 18 delimitano zone 13 e 14 sul fianco 10. Su una porzione di fustellato comune al fianco 9 ed alla base 2 è ricavato un incavo 7, analogamente su una porzione comune al fianco 10 ed alla base 2 è ricavato un incavo 8.
