Description

DESCRIZIONE
Forma oggetto della presente invenzione una nuova re tina per la chirurgia ortopedico—traumatologica.
Retine note vengono usate primariamente nella chirur già maxillo-facciale ma non sono adatte j)er l'utilizzo nella chirurgia ortopedico-traumatologica per il motivo che presenta no spessori e forature inadatte.
Secondo la presente invenzione la retina (in titanio, acciaio o leghe diverse) ha almeno tre fori di diametro differente e . sistemati a "nido d'ape". I fori hanno un diametro da 2,0 a 6,5 mm, e la retina possiede uno spessore da 0,5 a 2 mm. I tre. fori di diametro differente consentono l'uso di viti di differenti misure. Ciò è particolarmente vantaggioso per le frattu re pluriframmentate e comminute.
A seconda del tipo di frattura sì userà una retina più o meno spessa. Altro vantaggio della presente invenzione consi ste nel fatto che la retina, opportunamente presagomata, può essere associata alle note placche, purché placca e retina sia no di materiale uguale.
La presenza di fori anche di diametro piccolo consen te una fissazione provvisoria con chiodini o puntine facilmen te riasportabili. Ciò consente al chirurgo di operare con maggiore libertà e precisione.
Negli allegati disegni mostrano:
- fig. 1 una retina secondo l'invenzione con i tre fori (1, 2, 3) di diametro differente,
- le figg. 2 a 11 differenti impieghi della retina su fratture.
Nella fig. 9 è mostrata a titolo di esempio l'associa zione della retina con una placca tradizionale (6).
Nelle figg. 2 a 11 con 3 sono indicati la retina, con 4 le fratture e con 5 i fori con le viti di fissaggio.
L'utilizzo della retina secondo l'invenzione costitui sce una novità assoluta nella chirurgia ortopedico-traumatologica con indubbi vantaggi per la cura delle fratture ossee.

Claims (3)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Retina per la chirurgia ortopedico-traumatologica caratterizzato dal fatto che presenta una serie di almeno tre fori (1 2, 3) con diametro differente da un minimo di 2,0 mm ad un massimo di 6,5 mm ed ha uno spessore variabile da 0,5 mm a 2 mm.
  2. 2. Retina secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che essa può essere associata a placche (6) ed è presagomabile .
  3. 3. Retina secondo la rivendicazione 1 e 2, caratterizato dal fatto che nei fori di diametro minori (1), per la fis sazione provvisoria, vengono introdotti chiodini o puntine facilmente riasportabili.
