Absorbent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said proximal portion (10) extends along the first direction of extension (X-X) for a length which is between 60mm and 100mm and along the second direction (Y-Y) for a length that is between 60mm and 100mm, the distal portion (20) extends along the second direction of extension (Y-Y) for a length between 160 mm and 200mm and along the first direction (X-X) for a length that is be between 20mm and 60mm.
