Abstract
The method involves setting an eccentric weight (1) in rotation. A vibration effect is adjusted in a such a manner that another eccentric weight (2) with rotational speed that is double in relation to rotational speed of the former eccentric weight, is set in rotation. The latter eccentric weight is connected to the former eccentric weight over a rotational axis (4) and is set in rotation on the rotational axis that is different from a rotational axis (3) of the former eccentric weight. An independent claim is also included for a device for compacting fresh concrete by vibration, comprising a table surface.
