Come è noto, quando si monta una porta entro un vano di una parete vi è il problema di regolare l'altezza di tale porta rispetto al pavimento dell'ambiente in cui tale parete è posta. Tale problema può sorgere anche dopo che tale ambiente viene abitato, ad esempio a seguito della sostituzione del rivestimento del pavimento, sostituzione che porta ad un "sollevamento" del pavimento rispetto al piano originario; si pensi, ad esempio, alla sostituzione di un rivestimento in parquet con un rivestimento in marmo, cosa che comporta il "sollevamento" suddetto a causa del diverso spessore del rivestimento sostituito. Il movimento relativo del tassello sulla vite avvicina o allontana il profilato 21 dal voltino 13 (trascinando anche i montanti 39A e 39B) e conseguentemente consente di creare uno spazio opportuno per il sollevamento o l'abbassamento della porta 1 rispetto al pavimento (detta porta essendo incernierata al montante 39A). Più in particolare, il movimento del profilato 21 nello spazio H compreso tra i suoi bordi 23 e 24 e le flange 19 libera o occupa uno spazio compreso tra tale profilato 21 e l'estremità superiore 12 delia porta; tale movimento permette sempre di portare il profilato 21 in prossimità di tale estremità 12 evitando la creazione di spazi tra quest'ultima ed il profilato che inciderebbero negativamente sull'estetica della porta 1 inserita nel rispettivo vano 2. Device for adjusting the height position of a door (1) within a compartment (2) or opening of a wall (3) of an environment, said door being movable with respect to a floor (10), the door having no coverings that surmount the wall (3) and preferably having a face or side (5) coplanar with one side (7) of the wall (3) when closed, the compartment (2) presenting vertical jambs (16, 17) and an upper vault (13), characterized by the fact of comprising a first element (15) fixed to the vault (13) and a second element (21) constrained to the first element (15) and positioned above the door (1) at an adjustable distance from the first element (15) so as to define, in a variable but fixable way, the height of the compartment (2), this second element (21) being integral with vertical uprights (39A, 39B) delimiting the door (1) in correspondence of its opposite lateral edges (14A, 14B), to one of these uprights the door (1) being hinged, the mo movement of the second element (21) involving that of the uprights (39A, 39B) with respect to the jambs (16, 17) of the compartment (3), the height of the door in the compartment (3) can thus be modified in order to change the position of the door (1) within said compartment (2) with respect to a floor (10) as a function of a covering placed on the latter.

Device according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the first (15) and the second element (16) comprises a projecting part (22) centrally adapted to penetrate an internal recess (20) of the other element, this movement allowing the modification of the relative distance between the elements (15, 16) and the variation of the height of the compartment (2).

Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first element (15) has a substantially U-shaped body inserted into a seat (16) provided in the vault (13) and having a recess (20) delimited by lateral arms ( 15A, 15B), the latter having an end flange (19) able to rest on the vault (13) and to be coplanar with a free surface (18) of the latter facing the door (1) below, in said recess being able to introduce a central portion (22) of the second element defined by a profile (21), the latter being able to be positioned above the door and to be constrained to the first element (15) at a distance such as to define a height of the compartment (2) adapted to contain the door (1) so as to allow its correct positioning above the floor (10), said profile having edges (23) projecting from said central portion (22) and able to be arranged in front of the flanges (19) of the first element (15), the dis distance (H) between said flanges (19) and said edges (23) defining the height adjustment distance of the compartment (2).

4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that said second element (21) is associated with a member (26) adapted to adjust the distance between said element (21) and the first element (15) and to fix the elements between them.

Device as per claim 1, characterized by the fact that the vertical uprights (39A, 39B) cooperate with false-bars (38A, 38B) integral with the vertical jambs (16, 17) of said compartment (2), said uprights (39A, 39B) being movable, but fixable with respect to the false notes (38A, 38B), the fixing being obtained after the height adjustment of the door.

6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the vertical upright (39Β) facing one side 1 of the door (1) adapted to detach from the van 2) has an inclined element suitable for coupling at least at a distance, with a corresponding surface of the aforementioned side (14B) of the door (1).
