DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a container with trays stacked for disc elements in general and in particular CD, DVD, BLU RAY and the like.

As is known, there are already on the market containers for a plurality of CDs, DVDs, BLU RAYs and the like which are constituted by means of a plurality of containment trays for one or more CDs, DVDs, BLU RAYs and the like, which are they are stacked and joined together at an edge, for example, by means of an adhesive band which practically acts as a rib and hinging element which gives the possibility of "leafing through" the various trays for access to the various disc elements.

Other known solutions provide for the interposition of doors between the various stacked trays, but all known solutions have as their common element the fact that it is not possible to change the number of stacked trays, since the element that brings them together is set up for a predetermined number of trays.

This aspect is particularly limiting if we take into consideration the case of publishing where, very frequently, the various publications also consist of CDs, DVDs, BLU RAYs and the like, which are published in succession and which are then brought together by the user in subsequent times.

The aim of the invention is precisely that of solving the above problems, realizing a container with trays stacked for disc elements in general and in particular CD, DVD, BLU RAY and the like which gives the possibility of varying the number of trays stacked with the possibility, also, of replacing the trays, as they are not stably joined together.

Within the scope of the above aim, a particular object of the invention is to provide a container with stacked trays that allows the trays to be joined together with simple drives which can be performed directly by the user, without the need for tools or other complicated elements.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a container with stacked trays which, due to its particular constructive characteristics, is capable of giving the greatest guarantees of reliability and safety in use.

Not least object of the present invention is to provide a container with stacked trays which can be made with environmentally friendly materials and at competitive costs.

The aforementioned aim, as well as the aforementioned objects and others which will appear better later, are achieved by a container with trays stacked for disc-shaped elements in general and in particular CD, DVD, BLU RAY and the like, according to the invention, comprising mutually modular containers stackable and each supporting at least one tray for at least one discoidal element, characterized in that each of said modular containers has a male coupling element and a female coupling element for mutual coupling of stacked modular containers.

Further characteristics and advantages will emerge more clearly from the description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment of a container with trays stacked for disc elements in general and in particular CD, DVD, BLU RAY and the like, illustrated by way of example and not of limitation with the aid of the united drawings in which:

With reference to the aforementioned figures, the container with trays stacked for disc-shaped elements in general and in particular CD or DVD, which is indicated as a whole with the reference number 1 in figure 9, is made by means of a plurality of modular containers 2 which can be mutually coupled .

The modular containers are advantageously made from paper material and are made by means of a blank 3 which defines a front door 4 which, by means of an internal rib 5, joins an internal bottom 6 to which an external bottom 7 is flanked which can be folded on the bottom internal 6 to make an insertion pocket 8 which is made stable by fixing it with flaps 6a which are provided on the transverse edges of the internal bottom 6 and superimposable on the bottom 10 for gluing the external bottom 7.

It should be noted that the front door 4 has a slightly lower height than the height of the internal bottom 6 which defines the pocket 8 with the external bottom 7, thus defining a pair of projections 9 in the connection area between the door 4 and the internal edge. 5.

On the face of the internal bottom on the side of the front door 4 a tray 10 is applicable which, as illustrated in the attached drawings, is made of paper material and is designed to contain CDs, DVDs, BLU RAYs and the like.

Obviously, the typology of the tray can be any, just as its dimensional ratios can be any.

By way of example, figures 1 to 9 use a tray which has a ratio between the sides 3: 4, while figure 10 illustrates a tray 10 with a square shape.

The peculiar element is constituted by the fact that the front door 4 acts as a male coupling element while the pocket 8 which is defined by the external bottom 7 and folded on the internal bottom 6 realizes a female coupling element which allows the insertion of the front door of a modular container which is positioned below; the reduction in height of door 4 facilitates insertion.

In this way it is possible to couple and stack together a plurality of modular containers 2 simply by inserting the door 4 into the pocket defined by the superimposed modular element.

It is also possible to provide an external cover, indicated with 20, and, in this case, it is sufficient to integrate the external bottom 7 of a modular container 2 to the rear door 21 of the external cover 20 which will have a central rib 22 having a width corresponding to the number of containers to be stacked; a front door 23 is then provided which in practice can be closed again on the modular container 2 placed above.

With the described arrangement it is therefore possible to realize a container for a plurality of stacked trays which can be removably and quickly assembled together, without having to resort to tools or the like, thus being able to give the user the possibility of adding, removing or in any case, modify the modular containers that make up the stack of containers.

Another important aspect is then constituted by the fact that the whole can be obtained using completely recyclable materials, as both the inner cover and the outer cover, as well as the trays, can be made with paper material.

The invention is thus conceived and is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept.

Furthermore, all the details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.

In practice, the materials employed, so long as they are compatible with the specific use, as well as the contingent shapes and dimensions, may be any according to requirements.

R IV E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Container with trays stacked for disc-shaped elements in general and in particular CD, DVD, BLU RAY and the like, comprising modular containers (2) which can be reciprocally locked and each supporting at least one tray (10) for at least one disc-shaped element, characterized in that each of said modular containers (2) has a male coupling element (4) and a female coupling element (8) for the mutual coupling of stacked modular containers (2). Container, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each modular container (2) defines a front door (4) connected, by means of an internal rib (5), to an internal bottom (6) supporting said at least one tray ( 10). . Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said front door (4) defines said male coupling element and said internal bottom (6) defines, in cooperation with an external bottom (7), a pocket for insertion (8) constituting said female coupling element. 4. Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said modular container (2) consists of a blank (3) defining in a single body said front door (4), said internal rib (5), said bottom internal (6) and said external bottom (7), as well as foldable flaps (6a) for positioning said external bottom (7) on said internal bottom (6) to define said insertion pocket (8). 5. Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said front door (4) has a lower height than the height of said internal bottom (6) to facilitate the insertion of said front door (4) into said insertion pocket {8). 6. Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an external cover (20) having a rear door (21) which can be joined to the external bottom (7) of one of said modular elements (2), said door rear (21) being connected through a central rib (22) to a front door (23) which can be closed again on the modular container (2) placed above the stack of modular containers (2). 7. Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said blank (3) is made of paper material. 8. Container, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said tray (10) is made of paper material.
