Description
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a seat piece of furniture consisting of a body, a backrest supported by the body with adjustable inclination, a backrest supported by the body inclinably and displacably, a seat supported by the body tiltable and movably, as well as a headrest supported by the body orientably, the which headrest forms an extension of the backrest, where in a first position of use the seat is displaced towards the back of the body and is oriented almost horizontally, the backrest is inclined with a strong slope and is displaced with its lower end towards the of the body and the headrest is oriented approximately horizontally and covers the upper edge of the rear edge of the body, where in a second position of use the seat is moved forward so as to protrude beyond the front edge of the body and is oriented backwards so that it is inclined downwards towards the back of the body, the sch The backrest is flat inclined and is displaced with its lower end towards the front edge of the body, and the headrest is raised approximately vertically. Such seat furniture is adjustable in two different comfort positions. In a first position of use, the seat is oriented almost horizontally, possibly reclined slightly backwards towards the rear side of the seat furniture, where in addition the seat is moved towards the rear side of the body. In this position of use, the backrest is raised relatively steeply. Furthermore, the lower end of the backrest is displaced towards the rear side of the body, corresponding to the rearward displacement of the seat. The respective headrest, which can almost form an extension of the backrest, is turned backwards. In this position the piece of furniture has a real seat piece of furniture, where in this position, thanks to the rear-facing headrest, a small height of the entire seat piece of furniture is achieved, so that the headrest does not affect the optical appearance of the seat piece of furniture. , in particular, it does not form any protruding obstacle beyond the seat furniture. In a second position of use, which corresponds to a comfort position, the seat is moved forward and lowered with its rear end. At the same time the backrest is moved to a less inclined comfort position, where the lower end of the backrest follows the forward movement of the seat, so that the two parts remain almost in conjunction. In this position the headrest is raised or can be raised, so that it forms a support, protruding beyond the upper end of the backrest, for the user's head. As regards seat furniture of this kind, it is customary that the raising and lowering of the headrest is done manually separately by the user, so the rotation movement of the headrest does not occur automatically due to the displacement of the seat and the displacement of the backrest, but requires separate handling. ; Starting from this known technique, the object of the invention is to realize such a seat furniture, in which by moving the seat and the backrest from the first position of use to the second position of use and backwards to the first position of use a simultaneous adjustment of the headrest takes place, without requiring any particular manipulation by the user. ; To achieve this purpose, it is proposed that the headrest is connected to the backrest by means of an adjustment member, by means of which the headrest, being the backrest in the first position of use, is automatically adjusted to the horizontal position oriented backwards and by means of of which the headrest is raised in the second position of use. Thanks to this arrangement, the headrest in the first use position is automatically swiveled approximately horizontally in a backward direction and in the second use position is automatically raised to the resting position. A particular manipulation by the user is not required for this, because also the rotation of the headrest in the first and respectively in the second position of use occurs exclusively due to the movement of the seat and the movement of the backrest coupled to it. It is preferably provided in this that the backrest is connected to the body through an articulated quadrilateral, the first connecting rod of which is formed by a first fitting fixed laterally and at the rear of the lower end of the backrest, the second connecting rod of which is formed by a second crankset fixed to a lateral side of the body, and the guide levers of which are articulated at a distance from each other to the two connecting rods, that the headrest is articulated to the upper lateral extremity zone of the rear part of the body, and that a first end of an adjustment lever is articulated spaced from this joint, the second end of which is articulated to an extension of a guide lever, which projects from the joint point of the guide lever to the second connecting rod. ; Thanks to the respective articulated quadrilaterals, an automatic adjustment of the backrest takes place following the respective operation by the user, where, thanks to the coupling of the adjustment lever to the headrest and to the articulated quadrilateral, an automatic movement of the adjustment lever takes place, for be able to adjust the headrest in the two possible positions corresponding to the adjustment of the backrest. It is preferably provided that the rear end of the seat is articulated to the first chock, where the seat is guided and supported so that it is longitudinally displaceable to a guide part fixed with respect to the body. Thanks to this embodiment, the user can adjust the seat in the two positions only by stressing the seat by gravity and moving the seat with the force of his leaning body, where therefore also the backrest adjustment and the adjustment of the backrest take place automatically. headrest in the two positions of use. In addition to this, it is preferably provided that the first guide lever is articulated to the front end region of the connecting rods, the second guide lever is articulated to the rear end region of the connecting rods and the extension forms part of the second guide lever. This arrangement is advantageous with regard to the space conditions that result behind the backrest inside the body, because an embodiment is created which has relatively little footprint in plan. In addition to this, it is provided in a per se known manner that the adjustment members, the articulation points and / or the articulated chains and the guide levers are respectively arranged in pairs on both sides of the body and / or seat, of the backrest, of the headrest. Preferably, in addition to this, provision is made for the backrest and headrest to be padded and fitted with a cover, where the padding and / or cover extends uninterruptedly along the front side of the backrest and headrest. ; Even having such a padding of the backrest and the headrest, the automatic movement of the parts from the first position of use to the second position of use and back to the first position of use is easily possible, without the padding and / or the lining in the area of use. junction between the headrest and the backrest make creases or form deformations or crowding. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and described in more detail below. Figure 1 shows a seat cabinet according to the invention in a first position of use; figure 2 the same seat furniture in a second position of use, respectively in side view with parts of the body partially broken. The seat piece of furniture shown in the drawing consists of a body 1 which has, in the drawing on the left, a component forming the rear side of the piece of furniture as well as forming lateral sides from which only the rear side is shown in the drawing. The front sidewall is broken to clarify the kinematics of the crank arrangement. A backrest 2 is supported in an adjustable way in an inclination to the body 1. In addition to the body 1 a seat 3 is arranged in a way that is slightly adjustable in inclination and can be moved. Finally, a headrest 4 is supported in an orientable manner in the body 1, which forms an extension of the backrest 2. In a first position of use, which is shown in Figure 1, the seat 3 is displaced towards the rear part of the body 1 ( in the drawing to the left) and is oriented almost horizontally. In the drawing it can be seen that in this position the seat 3 is inclined so as to degrade only slightly backwards. The backrest 2 is raised relatively steeply and is displaced with its lower end towards the rear of the body 1. The headrest 4 is oriented horizontally backwards and covers in this position the upper edge of the rear edge of the body 1.
In the second position of use, which is shown in Figure 2, the seat 3 is moved forward so that it protrudes beyond the front edge of the body 1 and is oriented so that it is inclined downwards slightly further back towards the rear part of the body 1. The backrest 2 is inclined flat and is displaced with its lower end towards the front edge of the body 1. The headrest 4 is raised approximately vertically, where also with respect to this it must be noted that the word "vertically" must not be understood literally, because, as shown in Figure 2 of the drawing, the headrest 4 is slightly inclined backwards with respect to the vertical.
According to the invention, the headrest 4 is coupled to the backrest 2 by means of an adjustment member 5 by means of which the headrest 4, being the backrest 2 in the first position of use, is necessarily oriented in the horizontal position oriented backwards and by means of of which, since the backrest 2 is in the second position of use, the headrest 4 is necessarily raised in the second position of use.
In the exemplary embodiment, the backrest 2 is connected to the body 1 through an articulated quadrilateral. The first connecting rod 6 is formed by chocks 6 fixed laterally and rearwardly to the lower end of the back 2 (in the drawing only one chock is shown, however, the chocks are arranged in pairs on both sides). The second connecting rod is formed by a second chock 7 fixed to a lateral side of the body 1. The chock 7 shown in the drawing is fixed to the lateral side of the body 1 which lateral side is broken off in the drawing. The guide levers 8, 9 of the four-link articulated chain are articulated at a distance from each other at both connecting rods. The articulation points are indicated with the reference numbers 10, 11, 12, 13. The headrest 4 is articulated to the upper lateral extremity area of the rear part of the body 1 (articulation point 14). For this a joint cover 15 is fixed to the body, one end of which joint cover presents or forms the joint 14. At a distance from this joint 14 a first end of a guide lever 16 is articulated to the headrest 4 so that it is more distant from the upper end of the backrest 2, the second end of which lever is articulated to an extension 17 of the guide lever 9 (pivot point 18). The upper pivot point of the headrest 4 is indicated by 19. The extension 17 protrudes beyond the pivot point 12 of the guide lever 9 to the second connecting rod 7. In addition, the rear end of the seat is articulated to the first crank 6 3 (articulation point 20), where the seat 3 is in addition supported and guided to a guide part 21 fixed with respect to the body, in the embodiment example a guide rail, so that it can be moved longitudinally, so that from seat 3 protrudes from the lower side a respective guide element 22 which engages in a guide part in the guide part 21.
The first guide lever 8 is articulated to the front end region of the connecting rods 6 and 7, respectively, while the second guide lever 9 is articulated to the rear end region of these connecting rods. The extension 17 is part of the second connecting rod 9.
As clearly shown in the figure, the backrest 2 and the headrest 4 are padded (padding 23) and possibly covered with a cover. This pad 23 extends uninterruptedly along the front side of the backrest 2 and the front side of the headrest 4. When the seat furniture is adjusted from the position according to Figure 1 to the position according to Figure 2, in the area of the junction of the pad between the backrest 2 and the headrest 4 there are no creases or swellings. Likewise, during the rearward movement from the position according to Figure 2 to the position according to Figure 1, no crushing deformation or other bending of the padding takes place in the area of the junction between the backrest 2 and the headrest 4.
The adjustment of the seat furniture according to the embodiment example takes place in such a way that the user, who is sitting on the seat pad 3, moves the seat 3 forward by moving his body from the position according to Figure 1 to the position according to Figure 2. In this, the backrest 2 is dragged and a respective regulation of the four-joint articulated quadrilateral is caused, which in turn causes the adjustment lever 16 to necessarily cause an orientation of the headrest 4 in the raised position. When the seat furniture is to be moved back from the position according to figure 2 to the position according to figure 1, the user moves the seat 3 back from the position according to figure 2 to the position according to figure 1 by force of the body. a respective rearward movement of the backrest 2 occurs thanks to the articulated quadrilateral and due to the adjustment lever 16 a rearward movement of the headrest 4, until the position according to Figure 1 is reached.
