Dispositivo igienico per apparecchi sanitari, del tipo atto ad essere installato all'interno di un vaso sanitario o WC ad un bordo perimetrale (11) del sanitario, comprendente almeno un elemento dispensatore (13) di composti chimici attivi di tipo detergente, disinfettante, deodorante, profumante, o altro, atto a rilasciare nel flusso di acqua di scarico una determinata quantità di detti composti attivi, ed elementi di ancoraggio (12) dell'elemento dispensatore (13) a detto bordo (11), caratterizzato dal fatto di essere dotato di mezzi di rilascio (15) nell'aria di sostanze volatili profumate e/o deodoranti applicati a detto elemento dispensatore (13) in una posizione non investita dal flusso di acqua di scarico, comprendenti almeno una sede di contenimento (16, 16') di un mezzo solido, gommoso, liquido o di un gel contenente dette sostanze volatili, detta sede (16, 16') essendo ricoperta da una membrana semipermeabile (23) per il rilascio ad azione continua delle sostanze nell'aria.
