Il presente trovato ha come oggetto un dispositivo di combustione dotato di bruciatori di gas, a raggi infrarossi, particolarmente studiato per friggitrici. The present invention relates to a combustion device equipped with infrared ray gas burners, particularly designed for fryers.

Come è noto, un problema attualmente molto sentito dagli operatori del settore della ristorazione ed alimentare in genere, è quello di dover friggere prodotti ittici o agroalimentari, come le patate, i carciofi, o altri ortaggi, le carni o altro, ottimizzando i tempi, i consumi dei combustibili, i cicli di utilizzo degli olii di cottura e garantendo allo stesso tempo una sempre migliore qualità e salubrità dei cibi trattati.
