TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE. TEXT OF THE DESCRIPTION.
Turbina aspiranteper usa odontoiatrico funzionante con una depressione generata da un idoneo aspiratore.Questo sistema permette di ottenere, oltre al normale funzionamento della turbina,una aspirazione di tutte le particelle che si liberano durante l'utilizzo in bocca della stessa.Quando si eseguono cure odontoiatriche si utilizzano delle frese fatte girare ad alta velocità da micro turbine ad aria,compressa raffreddate poi nella zona di laviro con un getto di acqua.Ma l'alto numero di giri e una discreta pressione di quest'ultimo generano una grande quantità aereosol che oltre ad essere formato da acqua porta al suo seguito particelle infettanti;sangue saliva ecc. Queste oltre che disperdersi nell'ambiente potreb bero essere inalate dall"operatore con conseguenze prevedibili.Invece il sistema con turbina aspirante permette sia la generazione di un elevato numero di giri idoneo a far ruotare la fresa,che alla totale aspirazione di tutte lemiero particelle.Si ottiene quanto detto applicando allo strumento di lavoro una idonea turbina,attraverso la quale passa il flusso di aria richiamato dall'apparato di aspirazione.In particolare riferendoci al disegno di Fig.1 ,vediamo all’interno del corpo N°5.dello strumento la palettatura N°3 che viene messa in movimento,dal flusso di aria ri- -chiamata attraverso il tubo flessibile N° 12 collegato all'aspiratore,così facendo si ottiene- -nel punto N°8 una depressione che capta tutte le particelle in sospensione.L'albero N°lo porta moto generato dalla palettatura N°3 fino alla fresa N°1 che a su volta viene raffreddata dal getto di acqua uscente dal. tubicino N°7.Sarebbe comunque possibile per esigenze costruitive applicare la palettatura,(turbina),direttamente in punta allo strumento così da eliminare sia l'albero N°10 che alri ingranaggi posti all‘intero dello strumento.Con questo voglio sottolineare che non è importante il tipo di costruzione,ma bensì lo sfruttamento di una depressione su una turbina che genera moto.
