L'invenzione industriale oggetto della presente richiesta trova collocamento all'interno del settore calzaturiero e più precisamente nel settore calzature da mare, per la stagione estiva ed utilizzate nel settore del beauty ed wellness. The industrial invention which is the subject of this request finds its place within the footwear sector and more precisely in the beach footwear sector, for the summer season and used in the beauty and wellness sector.

Lo scopo principale dell'invenzione sarà la possibilità all'utente finale di poter personalizzare il suo infradito tra i vari colori e modelli, così da consentire numerose combinazioni. Quindi, come già detto oltre alla personalizzazione dei colori tra le varie combinazione del pezzo anteriore e posteriore della suola, si potrà ottenere anche la personalizzazione del modello che consiste nella scelta del pezzo posteriore della suola così da poter ottenere un infradito basso oppure un infradito con la zeppa o tacco. Come già anticipato in precedenza l'invenzione industriale in oggetto trova collocamento anche nel settore del beauty e wellness e più precisamente al fine di risolvere il problema del controllo degli accessi all'interno delle aree delle relative strutture. La soluzione ottimale per risolvere le problematiche poste in precedenza, consiste nella realizzazione dei due pezzi distinti della suola dotati di un sistema che consente la facile unione degli stessi e nello stesso tempo il facile smontaggio cosi da avere la reversibilità del sistema (vedere elaborati tecnici allegati). I due pezzi sono stati progettati per essere realizzati in materiale plastico. Al fine di risolvere il problema del controllo degli accessi all'interno di strutture ricettive quali beauty e centri wellness è stato realizzato un alloggio nel quale verrà installato un supporto RFID. Il sistema di unione dei due pezzi è il risultato di un'evoluzione progettuale dalla quale possono essere presenti anche altre tecniche di unione. I progettisti sono arrivati a questo sistema che secondo loro unisce tre requisiti fondamentali: 1. facilità di realizzazione attraverso lo stampaggio 2. facilità di montaggio e smontaggio all'utente finale 3. robustezza e resistenza della suola una volta assemblata. Come si evince dagli elaborati grafici allegati il sistema consente con un facile movimento il montaggio e lo smontaggio dei due pezzi. Inoltre si fa notare che una volta assemblata la suola e pressoché identica ad un'analoga suola realizzata in monopezzo. La tecnologia oggetto della presente invenzione risulta essere di facile realizzazione nel campo industriale in quanto verrà eseguita attraverso la procedura dello stampaggio di materiale plastico. Come già anticipato in precedenza, in fase progettuale l'idea ha avuto numerosi varianti le quali però sono state fatte confluire nel sistema indicato sugli elaborati grafici. Claims

CLAIM 1) Joining system of the two pieces of the sole (front and rear), consisting of a shaped structure on the back (element A) and an insert obtained in the front (element B) having the same shape as the shaped structure present in the element A.

2) Housing for RFID technology, consisting of a seat made inside the insert on the front (see figure element B).
