La presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale ha per oggetto un telaietto portafregi da utilizzare su articoli di gioielleria e bigiotteria. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a frieze holder frame to be used on jewelery and costume jewelery items.

Il trovato in questione è stato studiato con la duplice finalità di rendere più rapide ed agevoli le operazioni necessarie alla realizzazione di un gioiello e di assicurare al gioiello medesimo una grande versatilità d’impiego, intesa come capacità di cambiare la propria immagine a discrezione dello specifico proprietario. Le peculiarità ed i vantaggi del trovato in questione risulteranno più evidenti a seguito di una breve descrizione dell’arte anteriore più vicina. The peculiarities and advantages of the invention in question will become more evident following a brief description of the closest prior art.

A quest’ultimo proposito giova ricordare che da molto tempo vengono prodotti gioielli che sfruttano, come elementi decorativi, fregi insediati all’intemo di rispettive comici di supporto. Talvolta una simile soluzione viene adottata per la realizzazione di ciondoli per bracciali o collane, in altri casi per la realizzazione di spille. Sometimes a similar solution is adopted for making pendants for bracelets or necklaces, in other cases for making brooches.

Se è vero che questo genere di articoli di gioielleria e di bigiotteria ha conosciuto un consistente successo, non si possono tuttavia tacere i limiti della tecnologia attualmente adottata per la loro realizzazione. Finora, infatti, gli anzidetti fregi vengono stabilmente fissati all’intemo della rispettiva cornice portante per il tramite di un’operazione di saldatura metallica o per il tramite della cooperazione di minuscoli ganci e graffette interposti tra il fregio e la sua rispettiva cornice. Ebbene per superare questi inconvenienti dell’ arte nota e per perseguire, di conseguenza, le finalità sopra dichiarate è stato concepito per l’appunto il nuovo telaietto portafregi in questione. L’idea alla base della presente invenzione è quella di realizzare un telaietto sostanzialmente anulare che risulta effettivamente formato da due identiche flange componibili e dunque destinate ad essere interfacciate e fissate tra loro. In questa prospettiva si richiede soltanto che il fregio anzidetto sia dotato di una o più appendici “periferiche” atte a restare esattamente contenute aH’intemo delle anzidette sedi del telaietto, a seguito dell’ anzidetto interfacciamento delle due flange. Si consideri peraltro che nell’ambito della presente invenzione è previsto che le due anzidette flange del telaietto secondo il trovato possano essere montate e smontate a cura dell’ utilizzatore finale e dunque senza il ricorso a personale qualificato. Considerando altresì che il fregio rappresenta certamente, anche nell’ambito del telaietto scomponibile in questione, l’elemento decorativo che caratterizza maggiormente l’immagine complessiva dell’intero gioiello, è facile comprendere come la sostituzione del fregio medesimo consenta all’utente di cambiare radicalmente l’estetica del proprio gioiello, suscitando nei terzi l’impressione di avere a disposizione un’ampia dotazione di gioielli alternativi di impostazione tradizionale. Per sottolineare ancor più la versatilità del trovato si avverte peraltro che il telaietto in questione, una volta che ne sia stato completato l’assemblaggio con il rispettivo fregio, si presta a più svariati impieghi. Esso, infatti, può essere utilizzato come ciondolo di un collier o di un bracciale, essendo previsto che in questo caso sia collegato ad una catena, ad un cinturino o simili. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Frieze holder frame for jewelery and costume jewelery items, characterized in that it is composed of a pair of annular flanges (2, 3) capable of being exactly interfaced and also capable of clamping one or more appendages (4a) belonging to each other to a frieze (4) suitable to be placed in the empty space present in the center of the aforementioned frame (1).

2) Small frame according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the aforementioned one or more appendages (4a) of the frieze (4) has a substantially "L" -shaped section, as they are formed by a first flap (4a '), coplanar to the same frieze (4) but with a thinner thickness, and by a second flap (4a ") arranged at 90 ° with respect to the first; it being provided that this second tab (4a ") is able to settle exactly inside a respective seat (2b, 20b) made on the rear face (2a) of the first flange (2), so that the side panel (2c) which delimits said seat (2b, 20b) in correspondence with the internal circumference of the first flange (2) can settle within the incision (4b) that is formed between the perimeter edge of the frieze (4) and the aforementioned second flap (4a " ) by virtue of the thinned thickness of the first fin (4a ').

3) Frieze holder frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the aforementioned frieze (4) clamped between the two aforesaid annular flanges (2, 3) is free to rotate with respect to the aforesaid frame (1).

4) Frieze holder frame according to the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the aforementioned seat (2b) made on the back of the first flange (2) consists of an annular groove and by the fact that the second flange (3) has a corresponding position a respective annular groove (3b) of less depth.

5) Frieze holder frame according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that Γ indeed said second flange (3) has a series of through holes (5) to which they correspond, on the rear face (2a) of the first flange (2) respective blind threaded holes (5 a).

6) Frieze holder frame according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that one of its aforesaid flanges (2, 3) incorporates an eyelet which projects radially from its outer perimeter edge.

7) Frieze holder frame according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is equipped with an eyelet (6) ending at the bottom with a bracket (6a) equipped with a substantially inverted "T" section, suitable for settling in exactly within a corresponding seat which is formed by interfacing two substantially symmetrical impressions (20a, 30a) obtained in correspondence with the internal faces (2a, 3 a) of the two aforementioned flanges (2, 3); it being provided, in particular, that the impression (30a) obtained on the second flange (3) is able to accommodate only the horizontal section of the inverted "T" bracket (6a), while the impression (20a) obtained of the first flange (2) comprises a first branch capable of receiving in turn the horizontal section of the same bracket (6a), as well as a second branch, connected to the previous one and opening at the perimeter edge of the same first flange (2), act to accommodate the vertical portion of the aforementioned bracket (6a).
