Abstract

Device for scenographic use for production of artificial snow, characterised in that: - a tank for soapy water (1) with an outflow nozzle (4) in one of the lateral walls or in the upper wall; - a microperforated nozzle (2) installed inside the tank (1) designed to provide pressurised air produced by a suitable generator (3) in external position on the tank (1); - a device (5) in external position on the tank (1) designed to generate an air flow incident to the longitudinal axis of the outflow nozzle (4).

Le peculiarità ed i vantaggi di tale dispositivo risulteranno più evidenti a seguito di una breve descrizione della tecnica anteriore e dei relativi inconvenienti. Attualmente, allorquando si tratti di creare un effetto scenografico che simula la caduta della neve, vi è chi ricorre alla cosiddetta tecnica del polistirolo in caduta. Si è peraltro valutato che, nell’ambito di una simile tipologia di macchine, sarebbe praticamente impossibile abbattere la rumorosità in maniera sostanziale, visto che tale risultato potrebbe essere conseguito solo adottando un gruppo ventilatore di potenza assai limitata, che si rivelerebbe però incapace di eseguire l’anzidetta “trasformazione” dell’acqua saponata in schiuma.
