Il trovato ha per oggetto un procedimento di lavorazione di una scarpa da donna con il quale si riesce ad eliminare tutta la fase della premontatura della calzatura ricorrendo ad un tacco plantare da inserire in una tomaia finita. The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a woman's shoe with which it is possible to eliminate the entire step of pre-assembling the shoe by resorting to a plantar heel to be inserted in a finished upper.

Usualmente la lavorazione di una scarpa, una volta realizzata la tomaia, avviene attraverso la fase della premonta che consiste nell’ assemblare, unendoli, i tre elementi principali di una calzatura che sono: la tomaia, il sottopiede ed il fondo. Questi ed altri scopi vengono raggiunti dalla presente invenzione che comprende un sistema di lavorazione di una calzatura da donna che, adottando un particolare tacco con plantare ed una particolare tomaia, consente di eliminare la fase della premontatura della calzatura e l’utilizzo del sottopiede, con l’evidente vantaggio di ridurre i costi di produzione della calzatura e di ottenere un prodotto dotato di una maggiore morbidezza e comodità per l’utilizzatrice. Il procedimento di lavorazione di una calzatura da donna oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto si basa sul tacco plantare (1) e sulla tomaia (2). Entrambi detti semilavorati hanno delle caratteristiche specifiche che sono testé rivendicate perché necessarie alla effettiva realizzazione del presente brevetto. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Process of manufacturing a women's shoe characterized by the fact of eliminating the step of pre-assembling the shoe and the use of the insole by adopting a particular heel with insole and a particular upper.

2. Process for manufacturing a women's shoe according to claim 1, the upper of which is characterized by completely covering the lower part of the shoe as well.

3. Process for manufacturing a women's shoe according to claims 1 and 2, the upper of which is characterized by an opening obtained on the part of the support plant for the insertion of the plantar heel and by a hole obtained in its rear part from which it can be come out of the under heel.

4. Process of manufacturing a women's shoe according to claims 1, 2 and 3 characterized by adopting a heel with an insole that covers three quarters of the upper and replaces the insole of current footwear.

5. Process for manufacturing a women's shoe according to claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 characterized in that the plantar heel is glued into the upper and the under-heel protrudes from the hole made in its rear part.

6. Processing process according to the previous claims of a shoe characterized by being soft and comfortable for the user.

7. Processing method according to the preceding claims and according to what is described and illustrated for the specified purposes.
