I sistemi di grigliatura attualmente prodotti ed utilizzati, siano essi a flusso assiale che tangenziale, non si avvalgono del principio della filtrazione a percolazione con battente costante ed estrazione dei sospesi mediante coclea solidale con il tamburo filtrante e neppure possiedono l’automazione dell’innesco della rotazione del rotofiltro o della tempori zza zione del controlavaggio, ad alta pressione e bassa portata, che rappresenta la soluzione a minor impatto ambientale. Normalmente le attuali grigliatrici non sono dotate di carcassa chiusa a prova di rischio biologico per l’utente; neppure prevedono un sistema automatico opzionale di "insaponamento” a fine ciclo di lavorazione. Il campo d’utilizzo della grigliatrice riguarda principalmente i processi depurativi. La macchina estrae in automatico, con un meccanismo di filtrazione rotativa, i solidi sospesi presenti nell’acqua reflua con granulometria da 6 cm fino a 300 micron. Ne consegue il rispetto della Legge 152/99. che pretende l’assenza dei solidi grossolani in scarico, ma anche un abbattimento del carico organico nel caso di solidi sospesi alimentari o simili. The field of use of the grille mainly concerns purification processes. The machine automatically extracts, with a rotary filtration mechanism, the suspended solids present in the waste water with a grain size from 6 cm up to 300 microns. It follows the respect of the Law 152/99. which demands the absence of coarse solids in the discharge, but also a reduction of the organic load in the case of suspended food solids or the like.

La macchina è costruita in acciaio AISI 304 (ovvero AISI 316 su richiesta) seguendo la buona norma di progettazione e realizzazione, nonché le norme CEE 89/336-73/23 ed il DPR 459. The machine is built in AISI 304 steel (or AISI 316 on request) following the good design and construction standard, as well as the CEE 89 / 336-73 / 23 standards and the Presidential Decree 459.

Tutte le componenti utilizzate possiedono la marcatura CE.· All the components used have the CE marking.

Per la parte elettrica si è tenuta presente la L. 46/90 sia per il quadro che per i collegamenti periferici (motovariatore. elettrovalvola, micro-interruttore). La conoscenza delle tradizionali macchine, utilizzate nell· industria chimica per sgrondare (rotofilri) o selezionare (rotovagli) materiali solidi umidi o bagnati, è stata da noi utilizzata per costruire una macchina deputata a separare i solidi grossolani dall’ acqua reflua. ACT OF CLAIM OF THE INVENTION Parts of the constitution of the "NUOVA MORGANA" machine. 1. An external containment protection (casing) in AISI 304 steel sheet (or AISI 316 on request), accessible through a hinged door. When closed, the door rests on a safety micro-switch which disconnects the system power supply when opening. The door is equipped with an anti-cut rubber gasket; 2. A drum (basket) of perforated sheet steel AISI 304 (or AISI 316 on request), equipped with a circular crown screw integral with the internal wall of the tumbler, rotating at an adjustable speed around its axis of symmetry. 3. A hopper (drawer) for waste water inlet. 4. A solid outlet manifold. A basket washing nozzle holder tube placed inside the casing and outside the basket. A grilled wastewater outlet collector. 5. Basket wash nozzles. 6. Motovariator with appropriate support structure. 7. A bearing, external to the casing, which holds the basket rotation shaft on the opposite side to the variable speed motor. 8. An electromagnetic valve for feeding the drum washing nozzles. 9. Support legs. 10. Electrical panel built according to the 46/90 regulation. Construction details "NUOVA MORGANA". 1.
