Description
DESCRIZIONE: DESCRIPTION:
The Stermoney FP1, as the object of the patent is called, consists of an external casing FIG.7- (4) in hot-molded plastic material to make the object light but at the same time resistant to shocks. On the outside we also find: an infeed slide FIG.7- (2) and an outfeed slide FIG.7- (3) where the banknotes will rest, and an LCD display FIG.7- (1) where the correct operation of the components and the various maintenance necessary, opening the machine you immediately notice a brush FIG. 5- (14) with thin soft rubber bristles that pick up the micro-dirt present on the banknotes (cocaine, etc ..) and a FIG sensor .5- (15) which detects the presence of the banknote and sets in motion all the internal mechanisms. Then we find the drive mechanism of the banknote: this will be dragged by means of rollers FIG. 3- (17) between them by a rubber toothed belt FIG. 5- (16), held in tension by pins FIG. 5- ( 21), connected in turn with another belt FIG. 3- (12) to a motor FIG. 3- (13) which by rotating carry the banknote from the slide FIG. 7- (2) to the slide FIG. 7- (3). In addition, the banknote will use a chromed stainless steel micro-mesh FIG. 5- (8) very reflective. Above the rollers to prevent the banknote from jamming, bending or getting stuck and damaging, I studied a method of contrasting the banknote using wheels FIG. 4- (7) positioned on shafts with springs FIG. 4- (11) that keep them pushed towards the banknote. This mechanism is designed so as not to obscure the banknote, so that the pairs of germicidal grape lamps FIG. 6- (6), placed on the top and bottom of the machine, can sterilize the banknotes in the best possible way by spreading their rays in uniformly throughout the device thanks to the internal surface in reflective metal FIG.1- (18). In fact, these lamps have been designed to allow the banknote to be sterilized quickly (about 1.2 s) and killing 99% of the bacteria present, including deadly bacteria. When the maintenance request is signaled, on the LCD screen Fig. 7- (1), the luminaire will need to replace the lamps in question and they can be replaced by opening the book cover of the machine thanks to the hinges FIG. 7- (9 ).
The Stermoney FP1 works in a simple way, just bring the banknote close to the entrance and the photocell activates the motor and lamps and picks up the banknote. This passes from the entrance to the exit in about 1.2 seconds, where it is sterilized through the lamp system UVC germicidal and surface clean thanks to the brushes with micro-bristles in rubber or other material with the same function.
This, with dimensions of about 40 cm long, 15 cm wide and 15 cm high, is light, handy and easily transportable and is powered by current FIG. 2- (10) or by means of a rechargeable battery fìg.6- (5), precisely to favor its use in places with a high traffic of people such as: restaurants, bars, sandwich shops, banks, post offices, hotels, shops and wherever there is direct contact with people. It is also designed to be installed in vending machines, as it is small in size and with reduced weight.
Since 2000, virus infections have been studied, and banknotes have been increasingly "blamed", in fact the immunologist Sir. Peter B. Medawar (1960 Nobel Prize in Medicine) described a virus as an attacker on a living cell to control it and transform it into a real replication factory and the banknotes are full of them. The problem of infections was specifically studied by theoretical physicists of the MRX PLANK INSTITUTE for dynamics and self-organization of GOTTIGEN, in Germany, in fact by reconstructing the path of the dollar banknotes they managed to develop the first accurate statistical model of human movements in globalized world and consequently epidemics and their starting point. This means a banknote is free to travel the world collecting an infinite number of bacteria and viruses all over the world, spreading them everywhere. Another very important study was carried out by the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MICROBIOLOGY where the micro-biologists have presented the scientific proof of all this, that is, after having exchanged 68 used 1 dollar bills in a couple of shops for as many new ones. The result: 94% is contaminated with bacteria capable of causing disease and of medium or serious severity on 7% (5 banknotes) germs such as straphylococcus aureus and klebsiella pneumoniae capable of causing significant diseases have been found gravity even to healthy and normal people.
Ora seguono esempi pratici, semplici di utilizzo della Stermoney FP1 : Now follow practical, simple examples of using the Stermoney FP1:
Esempio pratico bar-paninoteca: Practical example of a bar-sandwich shop:
1-A: Esempio senza Stermoney FP1: 1-A: Example without Stermoney FP1:
Mr. Fabio, a Swiss entrepreneur, arrived at Milano Centrale station, gets off the train and sets off, sees a bar and bar in Via Torino and since he hasn't had lunch he decides to stop for a sandwich. He goes into the bar and sits down and orders a ham sandwich. Mr. Piero cordially goes to the kitchen prepares the sandwich and brings it to the customer. Mr. Fabio eats the delicious sandwich made with the hands of the owner unaware that ten minutes earlier Mr. Giorgio, apparently a clean person, had ordered, ate and paid for a sandwich with a 50 € banknote. Instead, Mr. in question is a person with a criminal record for drug dealing and who lives in sleazy and dirty areas in the suburbs. One can immediately understand that the banknote passed from the hands of the victim to those of the holder is not clean but full of bacteria, viruses and above all with the presence of cocaine and various drugs. The owner with the same apparently clean hands prepared the sandwich that Mr. Fabio has just finished. This pay greets and goes out. This could have been infected in a weak form by a trivial flu or if immunosuppressed or subjected to therapies such as chemotherapy it would have risked being infected with even lethal viruses, considering that about 7,000 bacteria, viruses and germs live on a banknote.

Fabio. All enthusiastic about the excellent sandwich he has eaten, he gets up and puts the banknote in the stermoney that passes on the opposite side to Mr. Piero, collects the money and greets him cordially. Mr. Fabio risked a minimal percentage of being infected with viruses and bacteria because just as he did at the time of payment, 1 Mr. Giorgio did too, who lives in the disreputable areas who inserted his loaded banknote. of virus passing it through the stermoney to the holder without transmitting virus that would have affected the sandwich of the next customer, in this case Mr. Fabio.
Esempio sportello automatico bancomat: ATM cash dispenser example:
2-A: Esempio senza Stermoney FP1: 2-A: Example without Stermoney FP1:
Mr. Gianni goes to the counter where he will collect his pension. He enters the bank, inserts the ATM and in all tranquility withdraws 500 € to pay for alimony and household expenses. He leaves with the money in hand and goes to his son with his little 2-year-old granddaughter. He puts the money in his wallet and takes the hickey and puts it in the little girl's mouth. This being at an early age has very few antibodies and in this case she risked contracting viruses or germs dangerous for her safety.
2-B: Esempio senza Stermoney FP1: 2-B: Example without Stermoney FP1:
Mr. Gianni goes to the counter where he will collect his pension. He enters the bank, inserts the ATM and in all tranquility withdraws 500 € which, before going out and going into the hands of the person concerned, pass through the stermoney applied inside the counter. He goes out with the money in hand and goes to his son with his little 2-year-old granddaughter. He puts the money in his wallet and takes the hickey and puts it in the little girl's mouth. In this case the little one was protected.
