La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un salino con capsula di chiusura girevole dotata internamente di mezzi ,che generano un movimento meccanico che evita sistematicamente l intasamento dei fori di erogazione. E’ generalmente noto che i salini da tavola o similari attualmente in uso e reperibili in commercio nelle più svariate forme presentano tutti lo svantaggio chepassato un certo tempo dal rifornimento con sale fresco , conseguentemente alla tendenza del sale di raggrumarsi a causa dell’ umidità ,essi non consentono più la normale erogazione del sale medesimo. Occorre perciò svitare la capsula forellata di chiusura, pulirla internamente e smuovere il sale raggrumato, operazione semplice ma fastidiosa e poco gradita dai gestori di locali pubblici di ristorazione conseguentemente ai reclami dei clienti. Succede spesso che il sale esce irregolarmente e che ad un tratto , a seguito di scuotimento del salino ,ne esca anche troppo guastando il cibo. Esiste già un brevetto , numero 01265919, sempre a nome dell’attuale depositante ,che si proponeva di risolvere il problema descritto , ma non avendo le giuste caratteristiche, non risolveva il problema in modo soddisfacente ,non approdando di fatto a nessuna distribuzione commerciale. L’oggetto che con la presente invenzione si vuole proporre rappresenta il risultato di uno studio svolto alla luce degli inconvenienti noti ed in grado di eliminarli vantaggiosamente . In sostanza il salino messo a punto in base alle prove fatte è stato dotato di una capsula di chiusura girevole composta da una parte esterna (vista A) atta ad essere investita a pressione su una parte interna( vista B) e da un corpo contenitore (vista C) . Parte esterna (vista A) avente una serie di fori (vista D punto 4) di erogazione disposti ordinatamente in cerchio, ed un binario sinusoidale ( vista A punto 1 ) ricavato nella sua circonferenza interna . Quella che risulta dai disegni e dalla descrizioni è la nostra forma attualmente preferita di realizzazione dell’ invenzione . Il corpo contenitore (vista C ) nel nostro prototipo è in vetro e così sarà anche per la prima versione che realizzeremo per essere commercializzata ,ma non si esclude che prossime realizzazioni del corpo contenitore possano essere in plastica o in metallo ,e di forme alternative a quella cilindrica. La parte esterna (Vista A ) è realizzata in policarbonato , ed anche per questa non si escutono possibili varianti per quanto riguarda materiali impiegati e forma. Per quanto riguarda la realizzazione del progetto non esiste nessun tipo di problema , perché il corpo contenitore C e in vetro ,e corrisponde al bottiglino dei comuni salini da tavola ,già reperibili in commercio.
