Descrizione del trovato dal titolo “ Montante composto modulare, per la realizzazione di strutture spaziali e lineari ad uso espositivo ed arredamento “ Description of the invention entitled "Modular composite riser, for the realization of spatial and linear structures for display and furnishing use"
TITLE: Modular composite upright, for the realization of spatial and linear structures for display and furnishing use DESCRIPTION: The field of application of the element in question (composite upright with modular elements, which in turn becomes a unique modular element for the development of modular spatial and linear systems), and in the furnishing sector in general without distinctions and limitations of use, such as the creation of modular shelving, expandable according to needs through the addition of additional accessories. shelves, cabinets, chests of drawers, hang them for clothing and displays of small objects, single floor lamps, gondolas, tables, counters, equipped walls for the home (column and multiple), trade fair and exhibition stands with linear and spatial aggregations. At present there are various types of uprights or columns for the construction of shelving, equipped walls and display systems. Most of them are designed for purely commercial use (shop fitting, stands, etc.) and not for domestic use. Another important element is the fact that all the existing uprights are made up of a closed box made with a single square, rectangular or circular section (with punched slots that are used for hooking the brackets), from boxes that are always closed but made through the coupling of drawn sections or sheets with open section type "C" - "Omega" welded together, by uprights with open "C" section that can remain open or closed by a profile placed as a front cap, by uprights truss type always in a single piece consisting of hollow or solid bars (of different sizes and types) welded together. It is therefore evident that the existing typology is that of a single piece monolithic element. The aspects that disadvantage the monolithic element and the types of existing uprights are undoubtedly made up of several factors: greater weight; greater processing; a higher processing and material cost; an outdated aesthetic; a larger volume; a higher cost for transportation; a higher cost for storage and packaging; a higher limit of use; a more difficult assembly and disassembly; The aspects that benefit the typology of a compound and open upright proposed in the present patent are undoubtedly constituted by the following factors: a lower weight; minor processing; a lower processing and material cost; an innovative aesthetic; a smaller volume; a lower cost for transportation; a lower cost for storage and packaging; a lower limit of use; easier assembly and disassembly; The proposed riser is composed of a few but essential elements, which are: "MT" element (table 1 -fig. C); folded sheet (but it can be made with any suitable material and with different shapes) at the ends of greater length, so as to form stiffening ribs of the sheet and assume a self-supporting shape, in the central part and for the direction of the length they are made holes with constant pitch (table 1-fig. C). "ND" element (table 2-fig.D and fig.Dl, tablel-fig.A and fig.B); it is the joining node of two "MT" elements, special cuts and holes that determine its fundamental importance for the assembly of the upright (table l-fig.A, table 2-fig.D and Fig.Dl), for its fixing and for the development of the modular composition. Element "CL" (tav.l-fig.B, tav.2-fig.E, tav.3-fig.F and fig.G); it is the smaller element that is placed at the height of the holes with a constant pitch between the two elements "MT" (table 1 -fig.B, table.2-fig.L), it is fixed by the elements " BL "(tab.l-fig.A and fig.B, tab.2-fig.E and fig.El determining the assembly and stiffening of the upright, the elements" CL "placed in series determine a sequence of horizontal bars a constant pitch of the rack type (tav.l-fig.B) which allow me the gravity coupling of the "ST" element (tav.3-fig.G), the fixed coupling of the "ATP" element (tav. .3-fig.Ge) and other accessories. Element "BL" (tav.l-fig.B, tav.2-fig.D and fig.E, tav3-fig.F and fig.G); 'bolt element which, screwed into the two sides of the element “CL” (tav.3-fig.G) together with the element “MT”, determines the locking of the elements giving shape to the upright (tav.l-fig.A).
Element "ST" (tav.3-fig.F and fig.G); it is the element in jargon called bracket, it is gravitationally attached to two "CL" elements (tav.3-fig.G), the shelves are placed and screwed onto the “ST” brackets, creating shelves that can be moved simply by unhooking and hanging up the brackets with the shelves in the various positions. "ATP" element (tab.3-fig.F and fig.G); it is the element that is fixed to the complete upright through the use of the "CL" cylinders (tab.3-fig.F and fig.G ), it allows the upright to be anchored to the wall. The elements listed above are not linked to a specific type of material, they can be made with others with similar characteristics. The sizes and shapes may also vary depending on the material used and of its characteristics.
