Nel brevetto Squilloni 1278725 (domanda FI/95/A/158 del 07/07/1995) viene descritta una attrezzatura per stirare e pulire in verticale, costituita da una struttura a manichino su cui è posto un rivestimento traspirante, detta struttura combinata con un piano reclinabile parzialmente forato, è collegata ad un basamento scatolare al cui interno viene prodotta una circolazione d'aria calda mediante un mezzo soffiante il quale, richiamando l'aria dall'esterno, la invia all'interno della struttura a manichino, gonfiando conseguentemente il rivestimento. La stiratura e la pulitura vengono realizzate utilizzando una a sé stante spazzola a getto di vapore munita di una apposita caldaietta per la produzione dello stesso. L'attrezzatura descrita, comprende una base contenente gli organi di produzione e circolazione di aria calda, sottostante ad una struttura superiore su cui vengono inseriti verticalmente gli indumenti, alla quale è collegato un piano di stiratura scatolare al cui interno circola l'aria convogliata da fori presenti sulla propria faccia superiore e successivamente riscaldata e soffiata in un sacco principale tubolare verticale, espandibile al quale possono venire collegati ulteriori sacchi secondari per raggiungere una configurazione prossima al'indumento da tratare.
