L’invenzione trova particolare vantaggio applicativo nel caso di contenitori posti in adiacenza a pali di sostegno d’impianti di illuminazione, gazebo o altro. Sono noti contenitori per piante o fiori di tipo modulare e componibile fra loro, adatti ad essere assemblati attorno a pali o altri sostegni verticali. Il brevetto statunitense US 6085459, concesso in data 11 luglio 2000, descrive un vaso per fiori comprendente un primo contenitore allungato e un secondo contenitore allungato che possono essere uniti l’uno all’altro mediante appositi mezzi di connessione; ciascun contenitore presenta, sulla superficie laterale di contatto con l’altro contenitore, un’incavatura semicilindrica che si estende longitudinalmente per tutta la lunghezza del contenitore, cosicché, quando i due contenitori sono uniti tra loro, le due incavature formano un cilindro vuoto atto ad accogliere, ad esempio, il palo di un ombrellone. Si ripete che la forma della fioriera può variare ed anche il numero di componenti, senza per questo uscire dal concetto inventivo oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto. In una forma di attuazione particolarmente pratica ed economica la fioriera modulare ad anello oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto comprendente due contenitori (1a, 1b) reciprocamente affacciati, in cui la parete interna di affaccio di ognuno di detti due contenitori (1a, 1b) presenta in mezzeria un incavo semicilindrico verticale (3) che divide detta parete interna in due semipareti (4, 5). Assai vantaggiosamente il bordo superiore interno di una delle due semipareti di ognuno dei due contenitore (1a, 1b) si estende con un’appendice in forma di aletta (6) costituita da una lamina piegata a “L” verso il basso, avente il lato corto connesso al bordo superiore interno di una delle due semipareti di ciascun contenitore (1a, 1b), mentre il lato lungo della “L” risulta sostanzialmente parallelo e adiacente alla semiparete sottostante. CLAIMS 1. Modular ring planter comprising two mutually facing containers (1a, 1b) and two saucers (2a, 2b), the internal facing wall of each of said two containers (1a, 1b) having a vertical semi-cylindrical recess (3 ) which divides said internal wall into two half-walls (4, 5) characterized by the fact that the upper internal edge of one of said two half-walls of each container (1a, 1b) extends into an upper flap (6) folded outwards towards the low so as to be substantially parallel to and adjacent to the underlying half-wall, said folded flap (6) being shaped so as to climb over and hold the flapless edge of the inner wall of the other container when they are coupled, thus preventing the upper parts of said two containers move away.

4. Modular ring planter as per the preceding claim, characterized in that each of said saucers (2a, 2b) is arranged half under one of the two containers (1a) and the remaining half under the other container (1b) .

Modular ring planter as per one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that in the lower part of each of the two containers that make up the planter there is a radial notch (7) suitable for accommodating the coupled edges of the side walls of the two saucers, thus preventing the lower parts of the two containers from moving away.

6. Modular ring planter as per one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that on the internal wall of the bottom of each of the two saucers (2a, 2b) there are one or more protruding protrusions (8), while as many holes (9 ) are formed in the external wall of the bottom of each of the two containers (1a, 1b), so that when said containers (1a, 1b) and said saucers (2a, 2b) are coupled, said reliefs (8) are inserted in said holes (9).
