Il presente trovato riguarda un gancio per calzature. The present invention relates to a shoe hook.

In particolare, in un gancio per calzature in conformitÃ del presente trovato la parte superiore, destinata al contatto con la stringa Ã ̈ separabile dalla base ancorata alla tomaia della calzatura e puÃ² pertanto essere sostituita, con una uguale o con altra diversa per forma esteriore o colore o dimensioni o materiale, in caso di rottura o difettositÃ della parte superiore (piÃ¹ esposta al rischio di rottura o difettositÃ evidente) o per modificare lâ€™aspetto della calzatura senza la necessitÃ di rimuovere anche la base, il che si rivela particolarmente vantaggioso sia per i calzaturifici e sia per gli utilizzatori. Inoltre, un gancio in conformitÃ del presente trovato puÃ² essere applicato sia su calzature classiche che sportive o tecniche e su calzature da lavoro. In questâ€™ultimo caso, potendo sfilare la parte superiore del gancio dalla base ancorata alla tomaia, si consegue lâ€™ulteriore vantaggio di poter sfilare piÃ¹ rapidamente la calzatura dal piede in caso di pericolo o di infortunio. Oltre a ciÃ² sta il fatto che un gancio in conformitÃ del presente trovato puÃ² essere realizzato in una molteplicitÃ di materiali diversi e, in particolare, quelli comunemente impiegati nel settore. Ulteriori vantaggi per i calzaturifici derivano dalla possibilitÃ di adottare unâ€™unica base da ancorare alla tomaia, alla quale associare parti superiori ugualmente collegabili alla base ma diverse per forma, dimensione, materiale o colore. Grazie al presente trovato Ã ̈ perciÃ² possibile gestire la produzione e le scorte con maggior efficienza, sia per i calzaturifici sia per i produttori dei ganci. Dal lato del consumatore, si manifestano ulteriori vantaggi nella possibilitÃ di allacciare e slacciare la scarpa piÃ¹ velocemente, nella possibilitÃ di provvedere alle operazioni di pulizia con maggiore semplicitÃ e intervenendo anche su punti normalmente inaccessibili, il che si rivela particolarmente vantaggioso nel caso delle scarpe da trekking o da montagna, come pure nella possibilitÃ di sostituire la parte superiore dei ganci per esigenze di moda o tecniche. Inoltre, un gancio in conformitÃ del presente trovato puÃ² essere realizzato di dimensioni uguali a quelle dei ganci tradizionali. CLAIMS 1) Hook for footwear, comprising a base (1) intended to be fixed in a predetermined point of the upper of a shoe and an upper part (2) which can be detachably hooked to said base (1) and has a front side with an area (22 ) for passage or guide for a string, characterized by the fact that said base (1) and said upper part (2) have corresponding complementary coupling surfaces (13, 23) obtained on a head portion of the base (1) and respectively in a hole (22) of a tail portion (21) of the upper part (2) and by the fact that between said base (1) and said upper part (2) friction means are arranged and acted.

2) Shoe hook according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said complementary coupling surfaces are formed by fins (13) projecting radially from the head of the base (1) and respectively by fins (23) projecting radially from the internal wall of said hole (22).

3) Shoe hook according to claim 1, characterized in that said base (1) has a stem (10) for anchoring it to the shoe upper.

4) Shoe hook according to claim 1 characterized in that said friction means are supported by the head of the base (1).

5) Hook for footwear according to claim 1, characterized in that said friction means are constituted by a ring (3) of elastomeric material.

6) Shoe hook according to claim 1 characterized in that the base (1) has a radial tooth (12) and in that the lower face (24) of the front side of the upper part (2) has a cavity (240) with a surface (241) which constitutes an abutment element for said radial tooth (12) when the upper part (2) is hooked onto the base (1).
