Claims

CLAIMS 1. A closure for gold and costume jewelery products with a chained structure, comprising: - a box-like body (1) in two parts (2, 3) hinged along their contiguous sides and having two seats (6, 7) along consecutive opposite sides to said two contiguous sides, - a first terminal (8) which can be housed in one of said seats (7), - a second terminal (9) that can be housed in the other of said seats (6) and can be locked in it following the closure of said two parts (2, 3) of the box-like body (1), - said first (8) and second terminal (9) having respective ends (8a, 9a) configured so as to be fastenable to the ends of said product with a chained structure, - characterized in that said first and second terminals (8, 9) have ends (8b, 9b) opposite to those (8a, 9a) for connection to said concatenated structure suitable for housing within said box-like body, in axial alignment, when the two parts of it (2, 3) are closed one on the other, said ends (8b, 9b) being equipped with magnetic means (10, 11) able to keep them connected to each other until it is applied a predetermined force able to overcome the magnetic force generated by said magnetic means (10, 11) to allow the separation of the two terminals (8, 9).

2. Closure according to claim 1, in which one of the two terminals (8) is integral with said box-shaped body, the other terminal (9) having a shoulder (13), the respective seat (6) of the box-shaped body ( 1) being able to engage between said shoulder (13) and the connection end (9a) with the chained structure to prevent the sliding of said terminal within said box-like body (1).

Closure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said terminals (8, 9) comprise a first seat portion (8a, 9a) for attachment to a respective end of the concatenated structure, a seat portion (8b, 9b) axially opposed to house said magnetic means (10, 11) and a stem (8c, 9c) extending between said seated portions for their mutual connection.

4. Closure according to claim 3, wherein said shoulder is an annular expansion (13) on the connecting stem (9c) close to said seat portion (9a) for attachment with the end of the chained structure.

Closure according to any one of the preceding claims, in which elastic means (15) are provided for keeping the two parts (2, 3) of the box-like body (1) in a closed condition.

6. Closure according to claim 5, wherein said elastic means comprise an elastic lamina (15) extending from one of said parts (2) and elastically abutting on the other part, in the closed condition, to allow opening only following the application of a force capable of overcoming its elastic reaction.

7. Closure according to claim 6, wherein on the surface of said box-like body (1) there is provided a section by invitation (16) to exert said force able to overcome the elastic reaction of said lamina (15).
