Premesso che il trovato modello di utilità può essere applicato su tutti i tipi di occhiali così detti da vista e da sole , di qualsiasi modello e colore, e premesso che le dimensioni del suddetto sono variabili in funzione della grandezza e del modello dell’occhiale, in quanto il modello di utilità sostituisce le tradizionali cosi dette cerniere funzionali all’applicazione delle aste sul corpo dell’occhiale ed alla funzione delle stesse (aste) .
