Claims

CLAIMS 1. An insert able to stabilize the shape of the upper of a female shoe with a relatively very high heel, formed by a substantially rigid laminar element (33) shaped like the front part of the upper up to the back of the same and laterally up to the beginning of the 'arch of the ditch, characterized in that the arched cross section of the insert (33A, 33C, 33D) is devoid of terminal recesses and that a substantially flat transverse wall extends from the rear edge (33H) of said laminar element (33) (33K) and inclined towards the shank of the sole and towards the rear end of the shoe; thus the insert is stackable.

2. Insert according to claim 1, wherein said substantially flat wall (33K) is reinforced along the edge (33L).

3. Insert according to claim 2, in which the edge (33L) is slightly inclined with respect to the wall (33K).

4. Insert as at least from claim 1, in which said substantially flat wall (33K) has a hole (35) for the engagement of a toothpick (9) able to prop up the shoe between the insert (33) and the rear end (31H) of the upper at the heel.

5. An insert to stabilize the shape of the upper of a high-heeled women's shoe; all as described above represented in the attached drawing.
