II presente trovato, si pone Fobiettivo, di dare soluzione ad un problema, che si presenta, ogni qual volta, ci si venga a trovare nella condizione, di avere la presenza di equini, al di fuori degli abituali contesti agresti: il deposito di escrementi (fiante) su strade, piste ciclabili, aree urbane, ecc. The present invention has the objective of solving a problem which arises, every time, we find ourselves in the condition of having the presence of horses, outside the usual rural contexts: the deposit of excrement (fiante) on roads, cycle paths, urban areas, etc.

Succede, con sempre maggiore frequenza, che le attività sportive e ludiche, che comportano l’utilizzo di cavalli, siano limitate e vincolate, dalla considerevole densità di centri abitati, che costellano vaste aree di molti Paesi. Spesso però, le interdizioni al passaggio di gruppi in passeggiata, o di trekking (o la rinuncia alla presenza di cavalieri in manifestazioni folcloristiche), sono dettate dalla necessità, di preservare il decoro delle zone urbane. Contestualmente, nasce l’esigenza di salvaguardare i residenti, dal disagio arrecato, dal deposito di fiante, in zone pavimentate o asfaltate, o comunque, normalmente riservate alla fruizione umana. La presenza degli animali in sé, spesso, è vista con simpatia da residenti e turisti, d’altro canto, occuparsi in prima persona, della raccolta delle eventuali fiante, depositate dalla propria cavalcatura, può non essere sempre agevole. Oltre le funzioni ed i vantaggi sopra descritti, il trovato in oggetto, è stato congegnato, per incontrare altre, non meno importanti, esigenze ed istanze: In addition to the functions and advantages described above, the invention in question has been devised to meet other, no less important, needs and instances:

- in primo luogo, imprescindibile, il benessere del cavallo, che deve conservare una completa libertà di movimento, sia a raccoglitore vuoto che pieno; - first and foremost, the well-being of the horse, which must maintain complete freedom of movement, both with an empty and full binder;

- da non sottovalutare, è la qualità estetica del trovato, che per dimensioni e collocazione (sotto la coda dell’equino), si rende assai poco visibile e non pregiudica l’ordine e la compostezza della bardatura, anche la più raffinata (da parata o rappresentanza); - not to be underestimated, is the aesthetic quality of the invention, which due to its size and location (under the tail of the equine), makes it very little visible and does not affect the order and composure of the harness, even the most refined (from parade or representation);

Il corpo del raccoglitore, è in materiale sintetico (tela impermeabilizzata anallergica). The body of the collector is made of synthetic material (hypoallergenic waterproofed canvas).

II sacchetto raccoglitore (3), di forma pressoché cilindrica, in tela impermeabile, presenta sul lato anteriore superiore un’apertura (3 a) opportunamente sagomata, tale da accogliere le fiante, quando l’equino assume la posizione di evacuazione. Questo dettaglio differisce leggermente secondo il sesso dell’animale per adeguarsi alle peculiarità anatomiche di genere (Tavola 3: fig. 1 frontale maschile, fig. 2 frontale femminile). II prototipo realizzato, ha dato modo di constatare, come il trovato abbia raggiunto gli obbiettivi fissati. Si è rivelato un accessorio, in grado di soddisfare le esigenze umane di decoro, pulizia ed igiene, di molti ambienti, che possono occasionalmente od abitualmente essere frequentati da equini. Ha annullato, di fatto, l’intervento dei servizi di igiene ambientale (pubblici o privati che siano), con i relativi costi, realizzando nel contempo, una gestione degli animali, che offre elevati standard di sicurezza, verso il cavaliere e verso terzi. Si è poi osservato, che viene ottimamente tollerato daH’animale e non causa fastidi o impedimenti nei movimenti, o nell’espletamento delle funzioni fisiologiche. Claims

2) Bag-collector as per claim 1, with more accentuated "U" shaped access opening for female equines.

3) Bag-collector as per claims 1 and 2, with drawstring opening and closing system, with spring stop, for emptying the contents.

4) Bag-collector as per claims 1- 2- 3, telescopic, with elastic release system, capable of doubling, in volume and capacity, during the filling phase.

5) Bag-collector as per claims 1- 2- 3- 5, in different colors, to increase the camouflage effect, with the coat of the equine.
