Abstract

Si chiede il brevetto per un metodo industriale di produzione che perfeziona i normali timbri ad impronta d'inchiostro introducendo in questi delle superfici di sicurezza atte a limitarne le possibilità di falsificazione mediante la tecnica della ripresa fotografica dell'impronta o mediante la ricomposizione del testo con i normali caratteri da stampa. Caratteristica di tale metodo è che, del timbro prodotto con tale sistema, rimane in possesso del legittimo utilizzatore uno strumento che sarà usato per permettere un controllo dell'autenticità dello stesso e, quindi, della sua impronta (film-matrice positiva). Per la produzione di tali timbri si utilizzano materiali e tecniche già acquisiti, in particolare, i retini che vengono utilizzati per la peculiarità che hanno di contenere in una pur limitata superficie una notevole quantità di punti, caratteristica che si sfrutta con una particolare tecnica del loro utilizzo. Nella fase intermedia di produzione dei flani di tali timbri si ottiene, anche, un film-matrice positivo che viene assunto quale parametro di controllo per verificare la sua corrispondenza con quella dell'impronta di un timbro per verificarne o meno l'autenticità.SI RIVENDICA:a) L'originalità del metodo di fabbricazione dei timbri contenenti spazi di sicurezza finalizzati a renderne difficile la riproduzione; b) l'originalità dell'uso dei retini per introdurre nelle impronte dei timbri degli elementi variabili, non di serie, in rapporto al solo uso di caratteri tipografici; c) l'uso di copia positiva del film-matrice originale quale strumento comparativo per verificare l'autenticità dell'impronta di un timbro; l'uso di tale matrice per depositarne il disegno perché possa costituire prova testimoniale di legittimità d'uso.A patent is sought for an industrial production method that perfects normal ink-stamps by introducing in these security surfaces capable of limiting their possibilities of falsification by means of the technique of taking the photo of the impression or by recomposing the text with normal printing characters. A characteristic of this method is that, of the stamp produced with this system, a legitimate user remains in possession of an instrument that will be used to allow a check of the authenticity of the same and, therefore, of its imprint (positive film-matrix). For the production of these stamps, already acquired materials and techniques are used, in particular, the screens which are used for the peculiarity that they have to contain in a limited surface a considerable quantity of points, a characteristic that can be exploited with a particular technique of their use. In the intermediate phase of production of the flans of these stamps, a positive film-matrix is also obtained which is taken as a control parameter to verify its correspondence with that of the stamp's imprint to verify its authenticity or not. : a) The originality of the method of manufacturing the stamps containing security spaces aimed at making their reproduction difficult; b) the originality of the use of screens to introduce variable elements, not standard, into the stamps of the stamps, in relation to the use of typefaces only; c) the use of a positive copy of the original matrix film as a comparative tool to verify the authenticity of a stamp's imprint; the use of this matrix to deposit the design so that it may constitute evidence of legitimacy of use.
