Allo stato attuale dell’arte esistono in commercio diversi tipi di cucce per cani, a forma di casetta, con porticina di entrata e con tetto di copertura. Il modello per il quale si richiede la protezione industriale è quello che risulta dalla TAV I Fig. 1 e successive, dove la cuccia presenta un meccanismo di doppia apertura del tetto che la rende più pratica e comoda. Un primo sistema di apertura permette al tetto, essendo unito al resto della cuccia da due giunture o cerniere, di poter essere sollevato di lato facendo perno sulle giunture stesse TAV. L’apertura può essere mantenuta grazie ad un’asta di legno posta all’interno del pannello cui è presente la porticina d’ingresso, precisamente sopra la stessa. Una vite la fissa alla parete e fa da fiderò quando viene spostata o roteata verso l’alto per sostenere l’apertura del tetto TAV. I e II Fig. 2, 3 e 4. In posizione di non utilizzo l’asta di legno viene semplicemente appoggiata su una linguetta fissata all’interno della stessa parete TAV. Π fig. 4, & F. SAL permettendo di chiudere il tetto ed unirlo al resto della cuccia appoggiandolo sulle sue pareti, ridandole la forma di casetta TAV. I fig. 1. Con tale sistema si ricava un’area all’ interno del tetto che può essere utilizzata come contenitore di oggetti, rendendo più pratica e comoda la cuccia. Il nuovo modello di cuccia è facilmente componibile o smontabile. Il modello ha quattro piedi ad angolo, i cui angoli sono ricoperti di alluminio per aumentarne la resistenza. Claims
