Il modello è costituito da una siringa il cui pistone si muove azionato da un motore.alimentato da batterie o da corrente , che si innesta alla sua estremità. The model consists of a syringe whose piston moves driven by a motor powered by batteries or by current, which engages at its end.

Il pistone della siringa per tutta la sua lunghezza ha un solco elicoidale che si svolge sul supporto tisso della siringa e permette il suo movimento antera retrogrado. Il pistone cioè si avvita e si svita permettendo l’uscita o l'aspirazione del liquido contenuto nella camera della siringa. Non occorre dunque manovrare il pistone manualmente ma basta premere il pulsante B che comanda il movimento del motore in avanti e indietro .
