La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un cerotto particolare, denominato Skudo, che permette di asportare una parte definita della garza in spessore, normalmente a contatto con la pelle, in modo da lasciare una finestra tale da non avere contatto diretto con la ferita. Inoltre una parte della garza in spessore rimane sempre come cornice alla ferita per consentire una protezione della ferita stessa da eventuali urti o sfregamenti, come da rivendicazioni 1 e 8. Una ulteriore soluzione consente di avere la parte di garza con piccoli elementi asportabili, come da rivendicazione 6, sovrapposta al cerotto adesivo, per consentire una visione della ferita e/o una rimedicazione della stessa, come da rivendicazione 7. Inoltre la garza leggera (4) consentirÃ una separazione perfettamente igienica tra ferita e materiale adesivo (1 ).
