Abstract

L'invenzione consente alla terna arbitrale di una partita di calcio di rilevare e quindi segnalare il verificarsi delle condizioni necessarie per cui un calciatore sia considerato in fuorigioco. L'invenzione tramite invio e ricezione di segnali elettromagnetici è in grado di controllare la contemporaneità di due situazioni di gioco affidando l'osservazione di ciascuna di esse rispettivamente al guardalinee e all'arbitro.L'invenzione è costituita da un trasmettitore di segnali elettro magnetici codificati, comandato dall'arbitro, da due ricevitori dei segnali codificati gestiti dai due guardalinee.The invention allows the referee triad of a football game to detect and therefore signal the occurrence of the necessary conditions for a player to be considered offside. PREMESSA PREMISE

Il regolamento del gioco del calcio alla regola 11 ( riportata in fotocopia alla pagina 7 ) si occupa del fuori gioco; al punto 1 spiega quando un calciatore e' in posizione di fuori gioco, mentre al punto 2 spiega quando un calciatore, trovandosi in tale posizione, sara' considerato'in fuori gioco e per questo punito. Dalla lettura dei punti 1 e 2 della regola citata si deduce che : condizione necessaria (anche se non sufficiente) perche 'un giocatore che e' in posizione di fuori gioco sia considerato in fuori gioco e per questo punito, e che egli si trovi in quella posizione nel momento in cui il pallone e' giocato o toccato da un suo compagno .
