La presente invenzione si riferisce al campo della tecnica costruttiva delle caffettiere tipo MOKA rientrante nella classificazione intemazionale A 47 J. The present invention relates to the field of the construction technique of MOKA coffee makers falling within the international classification A 47 J.

STATO DELLA TECNICA STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

Da alcuni decenni è entrata nell’uso comune la caffettiera tipo «MOKA». For several decades, the "MOKA" type coffee maker has come into common use.

Da una prima analisi risulta l’esistenza di una domanda di brevetto EP 0 631 948 Al che illustra l’applicazione di ima cialda avente geometria congruente con le dimensioni delle caffettiere tipo «MOKA». A first analysis shows the existence of a patent application EP 0 631 948 A1 which illustrates the application of a pod having a geometry congruent with the dimensions of the "MOKA" type coffee makers.

La congruenza geometrica è necessaria per garantire il deflusso del vapore acqueo attraverso il corpo della cialda ed impedirne l’attraversamento nella zona periferica. L’applicazione ivi descritta richiede la realizzazione di cialde di diverso formato, idonee ad essere impiegate sulle molteplici caffettiere esistenti ed è per questa ragione che il sistema non ha trovato diffusione sul mercato. Recentemente, analizzando la letteratura brevettale, risulta pubblicata la domanda di brevetto europeo EP 0 838 186 Al nella quale è descritto un dispositivo per l’impiego di cialde monodose in cartafiltro nelle caffettiere tipo «MOKA». Tale dispositivo tuttavia, non ha riscontrato favorevole diffusione commerciale in quanto la sua applicazione richiede la sostituzione di alcuni particolari delle caffettiere tipo «MOKA» standardizzate. Precisamente è necessaria la sostituzione della guarnizione, del dischetto forato superiore e dell’imbuto inferiore con analoghi dispositivi di dimensioni similari ma non identiche a quelle standardizzate e disponibili sul mercato. E’ opportuno altresì rilevare che detta nuova caffettiera richiede l’impiego di una cialda appositamente dimensionata che non rientra nella geometria standardizzata delle cialde maggiormente diffuse. L’alloggiamento del mezzo elastico di contrasto descritto ed illustrato nel documento brevetitele EP 0838 186 Al non è ispezionarle e pertatnto non garantisce le condizioni di igienicità indispensabili richieste dalle norme vigenti per gli apparecchi destinati all’uso alimentare. L’evidenza delle figure mette in luce l’estrema semplicità del dispositivo formante oggetto della presente invenzione. L’ingrandimento in figura 4 pone in evidenza il fatto che il fondo (5) del cilindretto a corpo unico (1), a chiusura completata, assume la sagoma dell’estradosso della cialda standard alla cui periferia si realizza una zona periferica circolare di tenuta (10); è proprio questa zona di tenuta (10) che impedisce al vapore acqueo ascendente di attraversare la zona periferica meno compatta della cialda e salire quindi nella parte superiore della caffettiera. Rientreranno pertanto nella sfera di protezione del presente trovato industriale tutti i dispositivi per l’impiego delle cialde nelle caffettiere tipo MOKA, riproducenti le caratteristiche originali proprie della presente invenzione come sostanzialmente descritte, ed in seguito rivendicate. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Device for the use of single-dose filter paper pods in "MOKA" type coffee makers, characterized by the fact that it consists of a single-body adapter cylinder (1), equipped with a folded edge (2) on which the standard gasket is housed (3) and comprising a cylindrical non-perforated wall (4) and a bottom (5) provided with holes (9) only in the central area but not in the peripheral area (10).

2) Device as per claim 1), characterized by the fact that the single body of the adapter cylinder (1) is made of elastically deformable material to assume, during the total closure of the coffee maker, the shape of the top surface of the pod, keeping it compressed during the passage of the steam.
