Abstract

Il sacchetto di carta - filtro 1 comprende una prima e una seconda porzione di materiale termosaldabile, sovrapposte e racchiudenti tra esse una dose 2 del prodotto da infusione. Un filo 5 è disposto secondo un asse mediano del sacchetto 1, su una faccia di quest'ultimo. Detto filo è vincolato ad un capo a margine dello stesso sacchetto 1 ed è ripiegato in maniera da avvolgersi su una etichetta 6, fissata al capo opposto dello stesso filo 5 e vincolata a sua volta a detto sacchetto 1 mediante mezzi adesivi distaccabili 8.The paper filter bag 1 comprises a first and a second portion of heat-sealable material, superimposed and enclosing between them a dose 2 of the infusion product. DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

La presente invenzione si inquadra nel settore tecnico concernente la produzione di sacchetti di carta-filtro per prodotti da infusione. The present invention is part of the technical sector concerning the production of filter-paper bags for infusion products.

E' noto che attualmente sono diffusi sacchetti di carta-filtro nei quali sono confezionate singole dosi di prodotti da infusione, quali ad esempio tè, camomilla, caffè e simili. Sacchetti di questo tipo sono costituiti ad esempio da un elemento tubolare di carta-filtro ripiegato trasversalmente a metà in maniera da formare due lobi, destinati a contenere rispettive dosi del prodotto . La successiva operazione di taglio trasversale dell'elemento tubolare, destinata a definire i singoli sacchetti, interessa gli stessi bollini adesivi che, tagliati in due parti, provvedono a fissare una corrispondente porzione di filo alle estremità opposte del sacchetto. Per dotare i sacchetti di forma circolare di un filo di adeguata lunghezza, nella pubblicazione W092/14649 è illustrata, e descritta, una soluzione tecnica che prevede di disporre il filo secondo un percorso tortuoso su una faccia del sacchetto, a partire da un punto di attacco formante una sorta di cappio marginalmente al sacchetto stesso; sul filo viene inoltre ripiegata e fissata un'etichetta. Questa soluzione comporta tuttavia una certa complessità realizzativa. Con riferimento alle suddette figure, con 1 è stato indicato un sacchetto di carta-filtro, ad esempio di forma circolare, nella realizzazione di fig. la, e rettangolare nella forma di realizzazione di fig. lb, ottenuto, in maniera di per sé nota, mediante la sovrapposizione di una prima e di una seconda porzione di materiale termosaldabile, del tipo noto come carta-filtro, racchiudenti tra esse una dose 2 del prodotto da infusione, e termosaldate perifericamente. In pratica la lunghezza del filo 5 è pari a circa due volte le dimensioni diametrali del sacchetto 1. Viene pertanto raggiunto lo scopo di realizzare un sacchetto di carta-filtro dotato di un filo avente lunghezza tale da agevolare l'immersione nell'acqua bollente e la successiva estrazione dello stesso sacchetto. Tale risultato è ottenuto mediante una soluzione semplice e di agevole realizzazione. Ovviamente il sacchetto di carta-filtro può avere forma diversa da quella circolare o rettangolare illustrata a titolo esemplificativo. Si intende che quanto sopra è stato descritto a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo, per cui eventuali varianti costruttive si intendono rientranti nell'ambito protettivo della presente soluzione tecnica, come sopra descritta e nel seguito rivendicata. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Filter paper bag for infusion products, of the type comprising a first and a second portion of heat-sealable material, superimposed and enclosing between them a dose 2 of the infusion product, characterized in that it comprises a thread 5 arranged along an axis middle of the bag 1, on one face of the latter, with said thread 5 bound to one end at the edge of the same bag 1 and folded in such a way as to wrap around a label 6, fixed to the opposite end of the same thread 5 and bound to it turned to said bag 1 by means of detachable adhesive means 8.

2) Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that said thread 5 is folded on itself for a portion 5a of a length substantially equal to that of said label 6, said portion 5a being intended to lie under the same label 6 , and is then further folded in such a way as to wrap over said label 6.

3) Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that said detachable means 8 consist of an adhesive stamp able to bind said thread 5 to said filter-paper bag 1, with said thread 5 bound to the edge of the same bag 1 by means of an additional sticker 7. 4} Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that said thread 5 is arranged diametrically to one face of said bag 1, having a circular shape.
