4. Tool according to claim 3, characterized in that said platform means (1) comprise two said platforms (1) superimposed on each other, one of which is pivoted to said platform (11).

5. Tool according to one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said platform means (1) comprise seating means for the user.

Tool according to one or more of the preceding claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the said frame means (CS) comprise a floor support frame (12) formed by a substantially rectangular structure (13) with elements (14 14a, 14b, 14c) profiled elements, said profiled elements defining guide means (15) for the sliding support of said platform (11).

7. Tool according to claim 6, characterized in that said profiled elements (14; 14c) also support a vertical telescopic fixing pole (16) for said unit (U).

8. Tool according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that said frame (12) further comprises two vertical rods (17a, 17b) spaced apart and fixed to said platform (11), and whose ends are suitable for forming respective handles (18a, 18b) for gripping the user's hands.

Tool according to one or more of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that said frame means (CS) further comprise a pole (22) adapted to support said unit (U), said pole (22) being constrained with a spherical joint (23) aligned with said fulcrum (F); from said joint (23) and, respectively, fulcrum (F) relative arms (24,25) extend, connected to each other by means of a horizontal telescopic rod (26) and by means (27,28) with hinge (27,28) .

Tool according to claim 6 or 8, characterized in that said frame means (CS) further comprise tie rod means (29) adapted to form an articulated double cross tie rod system (30) and to support said unit (U ), said articulated system (30) being constrained to a spherical joint (23) aligned with said fulcrum (F); from said joint (23) and, respectively, fulcrum (F) relative arms (24,25) extend, connected to each other by means of a horizontal telescopic rod (26) and by means (27,28) with hinge (27,28) .

11. Tool according to one or more of the preceding claims from 1 to 10, characterized in that said unit (U) supports a game or exercise of skill.

12. Tool according to one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 10, characterized in that said unit (U) comprises a PC monitor or a TV screen or equivalent.

13. Exercise machine according to one or more of the preceding claims from 1 to 12, characterized in that it has a folding shape to be stored, folded, inside a transport container or case.
