METODO PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DI UN CUSCINO GONFIABILE E CUSCINO GONFIABILE OTTENUTO CON TALE METODO. METHOD FOR MAKING AN INFLATABLE CUSHION AND INFLATABLE CUSHION OBTAINED WITH THIS METHOD.

DESCRIZIONE DELL’INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

La presente invenzione si inserisce nel settore tecnico concernente i cuscini gonfiabili. The present invention is part of the technical sector concerning inflatable cushions.

E’ noto il brevetto IT n.1334853 della stessa richiedente in cui viene difeso un cuscino-poggiatesta gonfiabile ad uso dei passeggeri di mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Il cuscino difeso con il suddetto documento è ottenuto dalla termosaldatura, secondo percorsi predefiniti, di due facciate contrapposte di un foglio tubolare ad individuare una o due sacche e rispettivi condotti che mettono in comunicazione le sacche con l’esterno; ogni sacca e ogni condotto viene delimitato sull’interno dalla linea di termosaldatura e sull’esterno dal bordo del foglio che costituisce il cuscino. La parte terminale di ogni condotto è opportunamente conformata ad individuare una valvola di chiusura definita da una corrispondente appendice tubolare, ottenuta da un operazione di fustellatura e definente un boccaglio per l’introduzione deN’aria all’interno del condotto e della corrispondente camera; l’appendice, successivamente al gonfiaggio del cuscino viene ripiegata su se stessa il che impedisce la fuoriuscita di aria dalla camera: tale configurazione viene stabilizzata a seguito dell’introduzione dell’appendice medesima in un’apposita asola prevista nel foglio.
