Description

DESCRIZIONE annessa alla domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale avente per titolo “PALLET A STRUTTURA PORTANTE ARTICOLATA”
CAMPO DELLA TECNICA
La presente invenzione rientra nel settore tecnologico della realizzazione di PALLET per la movimentazione razionale di merci accatastate.
Classificazione Internazionale di riferimento : B 65 D.
STATO DELLA TECNICA
Sono noti diversi tipi di PALLET realizzati in legno o plastica.
Le strutture portanti dei PALLET noti sono rigide e risultano ingombranti nei periodi di sosta o di trasporto fuori servizio.
Il problema da risolvere è la diminuzione dell’ingombro dei PALLET fuori servizio per ottimizzarne l’accatastamento in spazi ridotti .
La soluzione proposta dalla presente invenzione è la realizzazione di PALLET a struttura reticolare riducibile per consentire la variazione di entrambe le dimensioni rettangolari della superficie di ingombro in pianta dei PALLET per adattarli alle varie esigenze durante il servizio operativo e per permetterne l’accatastamento ottimizzato in spazi ridotti durante i periodi di sosta o di trasferimento.
DESCRIZIONE
L’invenzione viene ora descritta particolareggiatamente con riferimento alle figure dei disegni allegati a titolo di esempio non limitativo.
La figura prospettica 1 illustra un PALLET con la struttura portante articolata.
Si nota che le articolazioni A degli elementi E consentono di disporre detta struttura portante in modo da presentare in pianta l’assetto quadrato. La figura 2 illustra in pianta l’assetto quadrato del PALLET e le due frecce contrapposte indicano appunto la possibilità di sfruttare le articolazioni strutturali per variare le dimensioni laterali del PALLET. La figura 3 presenta il PALLET con la struttura articolata avente una dimensione ridotta come indicato dalle frecce laterali su due lati contrapposti.
La figura 4 illustra la riduzione di ingombro in pianta del PALLET in assetto di ingombro minimo.
Si mette in evidenza la circostanza che la simmetria centrale della struttura articolata del PALLET consente di ridurre entrambe le dimensioni in pianta del PALLET.
La figura 5 illustra una variante esecutiva di un PALLET avente la stessa struttura articolata delle precedenti figure ma con tutti gli elementi raddoppiati per sopportare carichi più gravosi.
Nelle figure alcuni dettagli strutturali sono contrassegnati come segue. A indica le articolazioni in corrispondenza dell’incrocio degli elementi strutturali singoli.
E indica ogni singolo elemento strutturale.
E2 indica ogni elemento raddoppiato della figura 5.
P indica il piede della struttura dei PALLET.
Va sottolineato il fatto che il numero degli elementi che compongono la struttura articolata può essere diverso di quello rappresentato nelle figure dei disegni esemplificativi allegati.
E’ evidente che il dimensionamento ed il proporzionamento strutturale dei vari elementi dei PALLET , così come i materiali usati per la loro realizzazione industriale costituiranno oggetto di scelte tecnologiche adeguate alle varie esigenze del mercato.
Ogni tecnico medio esperto nello specifico settore tecnologico, ora che è venuto qui a conoscenza delle caratteristiche originali proprie del presente trovato, sarà in grado di realizzare con semplici deduzioni logiche e tecnologiche ma senza sforzo inventivo, dei PALLETT che rientreranno nella sfera di protezione della presente privativa industriale così come sostanzialmente descritto, illustrato ed in seguito rivendicato.

Claims (2)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1) PALLET a struttura portante articolata CARATTERIZZATO DAL FATTO CHE tutti gli elementi che ne compongono la struttura reticolare portante sono connessi fra loro con articolazioni multiple le quali consentono la variazione di entrambe le dimensioni rettangolari della superficie di ingombro in pianta del PALLET per adattarlo alle variabili esigenze statiche durante il servizio operativo e ne permettono inoltre l’accatastamento ottimizzato in spazi ridotti durante i periodi di sosta o di trasferimento .
  2. 2) PALLET a struttura portante articolata, come alla rivendicazione precedente, CARATTERIZZATO DAL FATTO CHE la disposizione degli elementi che compongono detta struttura articolata presenta una caratteristica simmetria centrale che consente la riduzione di entrambe le dimensioni rettangolari d’ingombro in pianta del PALLET.
