Gli obietivi dell'invenzione sono stati: The objectives of the invention were:

1. Realizzare un attrezzo per allenare le tecniche, con prestazioni professionali, in particolare il Gruppo Tavola. Quest’ultimo oltre a ricevere i colpi : 1. Risultati Results

L’attrezzo realizzato è rivolto ai praticanti d’arti marziali, in particolare per allenarsi a colpire con la mano aperta o pugno chiuso con tutte le tecniche (dirette, circolari, dall’alto etc.). L’attrezzo è costituito da un gruppo tavola da colpire .smontabile rispetto ad un telaio che fa da supporto per essere appoggiato ad un muro. Il Gruppo Tavola è fornito di un corredo per l’eventuale fissaggio al muro. Il gruppo tavola, parte principale dell'attrezzo, una volta montato al Telaio o ai particolari dei suo corredo, può essere orientato e posizionato per soddisfare la maggior parte delle direzioni d’attacco possibili. La Tavola, per assorbire il primo contatto possiede una serie d'accorgimenti che evitano di danneggiare la parte del corpo che la colpisce; inoltre per mantenere stabile il colpo si muove mantenendo il piano normale alla direzione del colpo stesso. Un'altra caratteristica del Gruppo Tavola è la possibilità di variare la forza di reazione del movimento della Tavola con un meccanismo a molla. Con questa proposta si è ideato un attrezzo che aiuta l’atleta a migliorare le sue prestazioni, contribuisce a rendere robusta la parte del corpo che colpisce la tavola.
