DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

Nel settore delle falciatrici agricole per il taglio di erba sono note attrezzature in grado di effettuare il taglio dell’ erba o similari all’altezza voluta e con altezza di taglio costante. Attualmente le falciatrici agricole per il taglio di erba sono costituite, essenzialmente, da lame rotanti collocate nella parte sottostante di un telaio con ruote. Detta disposizione non consente, però, il taglio dell’erba posta nei terreni con disposizioni a V, quali terreni con canali di scolo o di drenaggio dell’acqua. I terreni agricoli, od anche adibiti a prato, possono presentare disposizioni del terreno stesso tali che i taglienti delle lame delle falciatrici di attuale impiego non riescono a raggiungere. Nelle zone con cavità, infatti, i taglienti delle lame non riescono ad effettuare il taglio dell’erba posta della parte centrale e più profonda dei terreni con profili a V. Le falciatrici per il taglio di erba tradizionali poggiano, infatti, con le ruote sui fianchi del terreno a V o con le ruote sui fianchi di avvallamenti, lasciando la parte centrale di tali terreni con l’erba alta. Il taglio dell’erba in queste cavità non viene quindi effettuato con le falciatrici attualmente in uso, ma si à ̈ costretti a rifinire il taglio di queste aree con un decespugliatore applicabile e trainabile da trattore o con un decespugliatore manuale. Viene quindi ad essere utilizzata nei campi con coltivazioni arboree nei quali sono presenti canali con pareti laterali a V per il drenaggio delle acque ed anche per taglio delerba sulle pareti dei canali di scolo. La falciatrice oggetto del trovato à ̈, inoltre, in grado di adattarsi alle diverse ampiezze del terreno sul quale tagliare l’erba. La falciatrice per il taglio di erba su superfici inclinate à ̈ illustrata a semplice titolo indicativo e non limitativo ai disegni delle Tavole 1, 2 e 3. Alla Tavola 1 la figura 1 à ̈ vista prospettica del risultamento. Alla Tavola 2 la figura 2 à ̈ vista superiore del sistema di trasmissione del moto all’ interno dei corpi portanti scatolari. Detti corpi portanti sono collegati tra loro sul vertice comune con collegamento a perno 3 e formano una disposizione a V. A interno dei corpi portanti scatolari 1 e 2 à ̈ posta la trasmissione del moto attuata con cinghie di trasmissione 4 e pulegge 5. Nella parte sottostante ai corpi scatolari 1 e 2 ed all’esterno di esse, in collegamento con il comune albero di rotazione delle pulegge 5, sono presenti lame 6 per il taglio dell’ erba. I corpi portanti scatolari 1 e 2 sono dotati di ruote ad altezza regolabile in base all’altezza del taglio dell’ erba da ottenere. In uno dei due corpi portanti scatolari 1 e 2 à ̈ posto un dispositivo dì inversione rotazione 7 in modo che le cinghie di trasmissione 4 e le pulegge 5 abbiano rotazione inversa rispetto a quelle dell’ altro scatolare. Le rotazioni delle lame 6 in tal modo vengono disposte per effettuare il taglio dell’erba e dell’espulsione dell’erba tagliata verso la parte esterna della falciatrice oggetto del risultamento.
