E largamente diffuso l’impiego in ambito domestico, in uffici o altri ambienti, di feltrini di svariate forme e dimensioni applicati sotto i piedini di sedie, mobili e quant’altro giaccia appoggiato al pavimento, per impedire che quest’ultimo si graffi o si scalfisca accidentalmente. CLAIMS 1. Felt for chairs, furniture and the like, characterized in that it comprises at least one layer of felt (3) coupled to at least one layer of substantially elastic shock-absorbing material (4).

2. Felt according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a pair of felt layers (3), of which one upper and one lower, between which said layer of shock-absorbing elastic material (4) is interposed.

3. Felt according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of layers of felt (3) alternating with a plurality of layers of shock-absorbing elastic material (4).

4. Felt according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said shock-absorbing elastic material is constituted by natural rubber.

5. Felt according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said shock-absorbing elastic material consists of synthetic rubber.

6. Felt according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said shock-absorbing elastic material is constituted by mixed natural and synthetic rubber.

7. Felt according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said rubber is of the high elasticity closed cell type.

8. Felt according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is covered on the top with an adhesive patina (5) for fixing under chairs and furniture.

9. Felt according to claim 8, characterized by the fact that said adhesive patina (5) is covered with a protective film (6) to be removed upon application under chairs and furniture.

10. Felt according to one or more of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is covered on the top with a layer of glue for fixing under chairs and furniture.

11. Felt according to one or more of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it can be fixed to chairs and furniture by means of interlocking means.

12. Felt pad for chairs, furniture and the like according to one or more of the preceding claims and according to what is described and illustrated for the specified purposes.
