Descrizione dell’INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE avente per titolo: “SERIE DI CONFEZIONI MODULARI PER SACCHE FLESSIBILI DI BEVANDE E LORO SISTEMA DI STOCCAGGIO E MOVIMENTAZIONE” Description of the INDUSTRIAL INVENTION entitled: "SERIES OF MODULAR PACKAGES FOR FLEXIBLE BAGS OF BEVERAGES AND THEIR STORAGE AND HANDLING SYSTEM"

La presente innovazione attiene alla realizzazione di una serie di confezioni modulari per l’alloggiamento delle sacche flessibili di contenimento di bevande, di portata standardizzata, ed al loro conseguente sistema di stoccaggio e movimentazione su palette di tipo commerciale, dette sacche essendo notoriamente dotate di un rubinetto o erogatore a spillamento che è solidalmente unito alla stessa sacca, per mezzo di una flangia con manicotto. Caratteristica principale della presente innovazione è quella di prevedere la realizzazione di una serie di confezioni o cartoni di contenimento e rivestimento delle sacche flessibili di bevanda, ogni confezione avente almeno un lato che è costituito da un sottomultiplo nominale della larghezza e/o della lunghezza di una paletta di tipo commerciale di movimentazione e stoccaggio, in modo da sfruttarne al massimo le sue dimensioni e portata, ogni confezione presentando anche una sua imboccatura ribassata, per il passaggio e posizionamento del rubinetto della sacca, tale posizionamento potendo assicurare sostanzialmente il completo svuotamento della stessa sacca, in fase di normale erogazione per gravità della bevanda, agendo su tale rubinetto manualmente oppure con noti sistemi di comando meccanico anche a distanza, particolarmente nel caso di confezioni destinate all’erogazione della bevanda disposta in apposite celle di trattamento termico. Tra i numerosi tipi di rubinetto disponibili per essere applicati alle confezioni di bevande ad esempio da tre o più litri, comunque del tipo citato, si sono rivelati particolarmente efficienti quelli a pistone, i quali sono sostanzialmente costituiti da una bocca d’entrata con flangia, da applicare stabilmente alla base della confezione flessibile, e da un ortogonale corpo di rubinetto, entro il quale è reso traslabile un cilindro agente su di una membrana, azionato ad esempio per mezzo di alette esterne al corpo di rubinetto, detta traslazione determinando la posizione di apertura o di chiusura dello stesso rubinetto, sostanzialmente conforme all’insegnamento del brevetto Flextainer n. Secondo la tecnica proposta con detto brevetto e da altre analoghe soluzioni di rubinetto, ogni sacca è dotata di una flangia con manicotto, detta flangia essendo saldata internamente ed in prossimità della base della sacca, in modo che il manicotto ne sia sporgente, per poter alloggiare, generalmente per innesto, il gambo di un rubinetto del tipo citato. CLAIMS of the INDUSTRIAL INVENTION entitled: "SERIES OF MODULAR PACKAGES FOR FLEXIBLE BAGS OF BEVERAGES AND THEIR STORAGE AND HANDLING SYSTEM" 1.- Series of modular packs for flexible bags of beverages, each pack being particularly suitable for a complete dispensing of the beverage, which can be tapped with the tap from its bag, and modularly made for maximum use of the space on the commercial pallets, characterized by the made of providing packages (C) having an opening (a) which is shaped for the passage and arrangement of the tap (R) in an adequate lowered position, with respect to the position of the bottom (B) resting in the package (C) on the its support surface (T), such as to substantially allow the complete escape of the beverage by gravity, while, regardless of the side of the opening itself (a), each package (C) is shaped with a specific support base (B ) to standard or commercial pallets (P), said base (B) being sized in such a way as to ensure the arrangement of the maximum possible quantity of packages ( C), to have at least one side that is sized as a submultiple of one side of the same pallet (P), taking into account the natural loading and winding spaces of the joining elements of two or more packages;
