Posto che la distanza alla quale il sensore può’ percepire un oggetto e’ anche di un metro lineare, il sensore stesso può’ essere montato sull’angolo formato da un gradino e l’altro , al margine estremo del gradino stesso e nel momento in cui si andra’ ad appoggiare il piede sulla battuta della scala , il led si illuminara’ illuminando il gradino , per spegnersi poi lentamente quando il piede si sara’ staccato per salire verso altro gradino dove si accenderà’ altro diodo led .11 sistema potrebbe trovare applicazione ad esempio nei cinema.
